Certain dogs demand certain requirements from their owners/trainers/care takers. Bully breeds need special care and attention. They need exercise, socialization, play time, training, correction, positive reinforcement, etc.
Tldr you need to spend time with them and pay attention to them so that they don't get the chance to do stupid shit. My wife is a dog trainer and her dog, even though he is a rescue, has never been aggressive with her, me, or another animal.

Ausfag here, I have a Dogue de Bordeaux and a Neo Mastiff, both dogs, both calm as fuck around other dogs and well socialised with people. The only threat they pose to people when they are with us is their size and they get excited and really "bouncy" and will knock people over but never the slightest inclination of aggression. In saying that, Goodluck to anyone coming into our yard unaccompanied, you would want to have your shit sorted out, not a chance I'd trust either of them if you hadn't met them before with my wife or I present.
Another note, the biggest cunt dogs I've come across at our local dog parks are labradors. The cliche family dog and they are always the centre of any aggression or dog fight. That or the classic Karen's and their untrained cunt little fluffy rat that is always to big for its boots.
