Decent circuit. Known as the cathedral of the MotoGP by being the only circuit which has been on the calender since the beginning of the series. Had some A1GP too. Too bad they removed a part of the circuit for commercial buildings.
Carter Fisher
Why do people dislike MotoGP here?
Jayden Morris
It's MotoGP most important track and event. We are happy because for F1 to go there it would ruin Motorcycling cathedral and we don't like MotoGP
Henry Williams
I don't actually dislike it. I watch it the odd time, along with some WSB and BSB. I grew up going to road races too so I follow that as best I can, but it's rarely broadcast live.

Is there a motorsport where being a manlet isn't a good thing?
Dominic Mitchell
Because bikes and cars are natural enemies, like bikes and pedestrians or bikes and other bikes.
Aaron Parker
>implying being a lanklet is ever a good thing
Every sports car review by lanklets on YouTube: "boohoo I can't fit in"
Literally random racing, if a guy with a year old customer bike can win against a fully up to date official bike driven by the WDC/first in the leaderboard there's a problem with the concept of "prototype". Also they don't like aero/winglets and I love aero/winglets memes. And they don't have to play 6D chess to win the race. And it's meme tyre race

>fingers in the ears >not f1 lol :(((((((
Austin Wood
Also no tension to make it interesting. They don't strategise or set up passes. It's just meaningless "lol I passed you. lol now I passed you back".
Bernie made a great analogy years ago when people said that F1 needed more passing like MotoGP: Basketball has constant scoring, and each is meaningless, like MotoGP. Football (soccer) has less scoring, but each is special and MUCH more exciting, like F1.
Nathan Miller
Is that why he allowed DRS?
I agree with what he said though, except football is shite too. Passing should be difficult and exciting.
Dylan Sullivan
sometimes the factory teams go backwards, i.e. yamaha last year. 2016 was the first time that a satellite team had won for years.

motorsport.com/f1/news/hamilton-reveals-top-three-grand-prix-rivals-999525/ >Hamilton, who claimed the fourth F1 championship crown of his career in 2017, identified McLaren's Fernando Alonso, Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel and Red Bull's Max Verstappen as the three drivers he most has to watch out for.
He doesn't rate Ricciardo then? Or Bottas for that matter?

>Or Bottas
Why does he have to worry about teammates when mercedes control their speed?
You still think mercedes runs an equal driver policy after seeing what happened at Barcelona 2016?
>Hamilton was on pole and Nico got ahead so someone in the back of the merc garage goes and presses a button putting Nico's engine into a lower power mode which caused such a loss in speed it caught Hamilton out and is the reason why he slammed into the back of Nico
I mean i thought this was common knowledge for F1 fans that merc is a dirty corrupt rigged team who still treats fans like idiots?
Its the reason Nico left after becoming champion, he knew he wasn't going to win another one

moto gp racing isn't better than f1 racing. People complain about 'easy drs' overtakes in F1 but Moto Gp overtakes are much easier, your talking about something the width of an F1 tyre passing another thing the width of an F1 tyre on the same track full F1 cars have to try and find a way past each other. Moto Gp is a meme

Seb said that Bottas went before the lights went out. He did. They told him Bottas' reaction was 0.210, he said he didn't believe that. He was later proven to be right when the FIA admitted there is a previously secret "tolerance" that they allow at the start.
Ricciardo also complained about Bottas' start during the race and after the race. But that doesn't fit the narrative so people conveniently ignored that. >Ricciardo: "For sure he went and the lights went out, I guess he got lucky. I don’t believe he reacted to the lights.”

Kimi Raikkonen testing the Sauber C20 in 2001
Ryder Morgan
Is it testing? it has wet weather tyres on a what seems to be a dry track, maybe is photoshoot stuff?
Brody Campbell
You're right with the fact it has what looks like a inter tire on. It's a bit odd as it's not the full V grove inter, but almost a half and half.
Only reason I'm not sure about the photoshoot is that the car is just devoid of all liveries. Could they be testing how the inter tire degrades in the wrong conditions? The Bridgestone inter used to have another layer of compound under the tread blocks which would make the tire into basically a slick.
Thomas Parker
I think they are full wets, inters had a different design, similar to current one, this is Kimi in Belgium and it has the same tyres as pic.
Chase Reed
Thanks for clarification. That's an interesting tire design.
