Jordan, because people hardly put Kobe in the GOAT discussion, eventhough he won 5 rings in a decent era, and James is quite and athlete that usually deliver.
Mike was playing in the bums era and had the best team in the league.

Kobe because he got carried to every ring he got.

lebum
Jordan and Kobe are the GOATs

Im gonna be 28 this year and I barely remember Jordan's second stint on the Bulls, certainly couldn't capably analyze his game. Not sure anyone on here has actually watched Jordan

Unironically MJ.

Honestly you could make a case for everyone here.

>best team in the league
>the moment Jordan """retired"", the bulls became insta-shit
>the moment he came back, they won another 3 in a row

sit down child.

LeBron for needing to hand pick super teams and have GMs cater to his every need, even having his head coach fired mid season after coming off a Championship appearance and being the #1 seed the time of his firing.

>the moment Jordan """retired"", the bulls became insta-shit
They won 55 games and lost in the literal last shot against the Knicks who went on to the finals.

Kobe is the most overrated, by far. Definitely a top 10-15 player all time but not in the conversation for GOAT like so many people seem to think he is. I'd argue that Lebron is actually underrated because he has consistently carried weak teams (albeit through a weak Eastern Conference), and those weak teams often get wrecked in the finals. Jordan is correctly rated. Best player ever, no doubt.

>the moment Jordan """retired"", the bulls became insta-shit
The Bulls were still a solid team without Jordan.
>the moment he came back, they won another 3 in a row
Because he elevated them from "good" to "unstoppable". It's not like they were a bunch of scrubs who he was carrying.

>LeBron for needing to hand pick super teams
Come on. It's Lebron's fault that he wasn't drafted by a big market team with a good front office? He was never going to win a ring with 2000s Cleveland.

>even having his head coach fired mid season after coming off a Championship appearance and being the #1 seed the time of his firing
It worked, though. Being the #1 seed in the East doesn't mean much anyway, >we were #1 in the East (and technically the whole league based on record), still got wrecked by Lebron's Heat team.

Lebron > Jordan >>>>>>>>>> Shaq-babby Kobr

It's definitely not Bron
>never had a HoF coach
>never played with *in their prime* HoF player
>beat the best team in history
>beat two different dynasty teams
>made it to the finals with literal nobodies
MJ and Kobe have more rings because they had it easier period.

He literally had to move to Miami to win a ring.

Kobr is up there but Jordan easily wins this due to how he undeservedly gets the Gretzky treatment where you ask one hundred people who the GOAT is and 99 (get it) will say him

It's too bad Stern activated ultimate refhoop to knock the Pippen Blazers out of the playoffs when they would easily have won it all. He deserves to be ranked ahead of Jordan

LeBron has never beaten a great team on the way to the Finals, and his only Finals wins are flukes.

There is no argument for Jordan being overrated.

Kobe no question. Most overrated player of all time.

You could make that argument for Wilt and Oscar too.

Any player that is considered the God of his respective sport can be also considered overrated.

Nope, not Mike.

Oscar Schmidt is overrated, fucker.

Kobe by miles.

>Jordan 6 Finals MVPs
>Lebron 3 Finals MVPs
>Kobe 2 Finals MVPs

Chamberlain.

Because >muh regular season performance

People also forget his Per100 was clearly worse than Jordan's and even Kobe's

For brazillians maybe, but the rest of the world, except Italy maybe, doesn't even know he exist.
This idiot don't understand that he would bring much more visibility fo Basketball in Brazil by playing in the NBA than playing against 2nd tier american college players.

You're a fucking retard.

>no rebuttal

Jordan because no matter how good he was, you can't argue he wasn't the best at something without a hord of casual and "experts" going mental

Example: Gary Payton says he had more trouble defending on Stockton than on Jordan (which is understable by anyone who ever played as a pointguard considering how complete Stockton attacking game was) and everybody laughs at him and calls him full of shit.

youtube.com/watch?v=LJCwyh0fDGw

Like they know better than the guy himself

And pretty much all NBA players pick Kobe over LeBron but that doesn't stop anyone from calling LeBron better.

I agree with my boy Kobr, but you're still wrong. He did really well in 2001 finals. Shaq clearly did better in the other 2 finals. However, in 2002 he still did amazing for the real finals that were the WCF. Nets were always going to lose to the Lakers.

Kobr got carried in game 7 of 2010, but was the best player the other 6 games. He obviously didn't get carried in 2009. I still agree that he's the most overrated out of the 3.

Stockton was actually very tame attacking the defense.

Lil Wayne put Kobe in his starting 5

Lil Wayne is a fucking idiot

Nah he was quick, had of very spot on jumpshot and above all an incredible passing game, whiwh mean when you wanted to defend him you had to be extra careful about all the screens and pass lines in your back without letting him room to to shoot the ball himself. That's the hardest thing to do for a defender.

On the other hand while defending Jordan an athletic guy like Payton could pressure him much more efficiently to make his shooting pourcentage drop significantly (although of course you can't really stop Jordan from scoring)

LeBron James and anybody saying otherwise is a complete faggot

Everyone who thinks Jordan is the GOAT hasn't watched any clips of him playing for at least 10 years, so the image in their head isn't accurate. If they were able to compare MJ and Bron accurately then they'd know that MJ is the most overrated.
Unless someone is saying the Kobe is the GOAT, which in that case means Kobe is the most overrated.
Bottom line is Lebron is the GOAT.

Was it a fluke that he hung 45 at the Garden? Was it a fluke when he dropped 41 back to back against GSW? How fluky was it when he beat OKC in 5 games averaging 30 point triple double?

LeBron because people always point to stats for why he's better. His presence always ferments a toxic and hostile environment in the locker room. He doesn't care about the team, he cares about himself and "his guys."

>meanwhile Kobe wouldn't even let some of his teammates talk to him

>mj punches steve kerr in the face
>bron is toxic for not spending 24/7 off court with his team

Whiteys like Skip gotta trash talk MJ in order to make Tom Brady seem like the GOAT sportsman.

Your English teacher

Lebron

ran away from his teams and cherry picked good new ones in the weakest era+conference in NBA history. Lost twice to teams in the finals without a single superstar in their prime.

Kobr is overrated as fuck. He should be rated the same as Allen Iverson but because he played in L.A. his entire career he's somehow considered one of the best players ever. 30% shooting percentage in the clutch. Wow so amazing. Lonzo has big shoes to fill.

Lelbron isn't overrated at all except as a team leader. He should rightfully have at least 10 MVP trophies by now if they didn't hate giving them back to back.

Jordan was the GOAT and the GOAT leader. Not overrated.

Kobe was literally never the best player in the league. His longevity is super impressive but he's not even a top 10 player of all time

>Nope, not Mike.

Kek

jordan benefitted the most from kobe's greatness.
lediva is just a hyped negro.

>Come on. It's Lebron's fault that he wasn't drafted by a big market team with a good front office? He was never going to win a ring with 2000s Cleveland.
Bulls were crap before he arrived, were decent when he retired and haven't done shit since he left

>Kobe played well in a series that was blatantly rigged for his team, this means he's good

like how Jordan got carried by Pippen and Rodman to his rings, yeah? couldn't even get past an aging Pistons and Celtics teams. everyone in the Celtics in '87 were literally injured, and still Jordan can't get passed them.

the one with the most missed FGs in history

Jordan didn't shoot 25 percent from the field lmao

>retired
which time? The first time he retired they won 55 games. The second time he retired the Bulls also lost Pippen, Rodman, and Jackson at the same time.
see the above. Cavs won 17 games without Lebron, Bulls won 55 without MJ. Slightly different situations, and as soon as the Bulls lost their players and coaches MJ decided to bail

Slowbe and it's not even close, Jordan and LeBron are two of the very greatest players to have ever played the game.

This is the #1 most overrated player of all time though

Kobe

the one with a losing record in the finals.

Watch it, mortal.

its the one who quits because of the ac.

he had to move mate, he had the worst teammates in the league. jorden need to talk to rodman (a former enemy, who hurt scottie) to join him

kobr and it aint even close

Lebron, easily

Kobe. Dude was great, but a lot of people still have belief that he was Jordan 2.0 and that Lebron didn't pass him up years ago.

That's simple idolization. The Lebron generation of players are just now starting to get drafted by teams.

>jordan retires first time
>bulls win 55 games, go to eastern conference finals, pippen comes in 2nd in MVP voting
>jordan comes back

so um you're completely wrong.

Tim Duncan should be there
