LPG powered car. Liquid propane cylinders should never be filled over 80% of the cylinder total volume to allow for gas expension when temperatures fluctuates. This deflagration could have happened because of two things, overfilling like i mentioned or a catastrophic cylinder failure but that would be highly unlikely unless the vehicle was kept in very poor condition for very long or had some type of collision that weakened the cylinder walls.
