Serious discussion. I have been talking with my gf for a while about whether or not she should get plastic surgery.
I've been with my gf for 3 years. She was 20 and a virgin when we met, so she aims to please a little more than the previous gf's I've had. She is Asian with a nice body (IMO it is nice- some on Sup Forums might say she is too "fat" but she has a fairly thin waist, d sized tits and fairly big ass). I really love her body, but I also love the fake man-made bodies that you see all the instagram/onlyfans/premium snap girls have.
My gf noticed I look at lots of instathots and pornstars and she looks at instathots herself. We have been discussing whether or not she should undergo the same cosmetic surgeries such as fat injections in her ass and breast implants and lipo in the waist to slowly look like those girls. Part of her wants to feel more confident in herself, she works hard, but she cares about her appearances. Many of her friends have already had ass injections and breast implants and i feel like they pressure her to do it too. Additionally, she knows I like those types of bodies and because I have always said sure when shes ask whether she should get something done.
What are your guy's thoughts about how so many girls in their 20's are getting plastic surgery? Do you think I should tell her to go ahead and do it? I like her body, but it would be nice to have a girlfriend that looked like the girl in the pic. Will I regret telling her to get plastic surgery? Also interested in hearing your own experiences both positive or negative.

To be honest, if you've been seeing each other for a while now and your relationship is in a good place AND she's gonna be the one paying for it, I don't really see why not. The only thing I'd suggest is that you also take some initiative to improve yourself as well, e.g.: dieting, exercise, better grooming, etc. That way she won't feel like it's a one-sided thing where she is putting more into the relationship than you.
