If you have a gun, post a gun

If you have a gun, post a gun.

If you don't have a gun, but want a gun, ask for advice.

If you don't have a gun, and don't want a gun, fuck you.

That timestamp is old af. Get a sig like everyone else

never fired a pistol only larger firearms

thinking about a 38 revolver, thoughts?

Why? At least get a 357 mag and shoot 38spc for fun. I have a S&W model 686 and it's fun (but not to carry).

Pistols are easy af. What's your primary purpose? Carry? Nightstand? Fucking shooting shit from the back of a 4 wheeler?

Im poor and thinking of the 9mm hipoint
I know they are heavy and cheap and a pain to clean but everyone who has tested them admits they are worth the 120 bucks if thats all ya got

And thats all i got

Getting a dependable American weapon is like winning the lottery.

Glock is good. Glock is great

>p365
Have you had a chance to handle one? They're fucking tiny. If you want a practically pocket-sized pistol, that's the way to go. If you just want a compact and slim carry, go for the xl

Glock 19 gen 5 or m&p 2.0 4" (with plans to eventually install an apex trigger) for my first handgun?

Is that even legal?

That's why I'm considering the XL or a G19

nothing wrong with a hi point, but keep an eye out for used or especially police trade in hand guns. Quality can be had cheap with the police trade ins. Not shot often just carried. Hope you arm yourself user.

Going to get my pistol permit in CT soon. Any tips on a starter or how to make the whole process easier in this cuck state?

>Getting a dependable American weapon is like winning the lottery.
lol, no. Be quiet nogunz. It's hilarious, in Europe they pay a premium for even crappy American brands.

The photo is old and it doesn’t include any of my hunting guns. The AR on top is the only gun there I’ve purchased new. Nothing fancy. I’m cheap. I don’t get out near as often as I would like to but at least once a month out shooting at the range + hunting.

As someone who owns both...the M&P is technically the better pistol. Glock wins with cheap mags and a fuckton of accessories. I'd get the M&P. Just be prepared to spend $40 per mag vs $25 per mag for Glock for factory mags.

.040 Beretta my daily carry

Glock 19's the standard.

Do I LOOK like someone that cares about the law?

Just turned 21, I wanna get my concealed carry permit. I love the look of a 1911, but they're expensive af and I've been told they're not very good beginner handguns. Any suggestions?

Get a striker-fired polymer pistol for your first handgun....Glock 17/19, S&W M&P, CZ P10C, HK VP9, Beretta APX, etc, etc, etc.

In the same boat as you

I want one but a dude here shot some other dudes and now we’re not allowed nice things anymore :..(
Only for target shooting, but I’d still want a cool one.

When I read "Sig", it always makes me think of "cigarette". Good times.

Thank you, Mr. Officer. No, I don't think this is a honeypot or entrapment, Officer. Please let me purchase a totally illigitimate firarm so you can arrest me, Mr. Officer.

what if I have a gun, but don't want a gun?

why?

HK USP .40 and Mossberg 835

I would like to purchase a Glock and Springfield. But like I said I’m cheap

Well i live in a small town so my wife thinks its all fine and it probably is just need something for home defense

Anyone have first hand knowledge of the carbine hipoint? Or should i just stick with the tried and true pistol?

Buying guns isn't illegal, it's your right.

Attached: every-country-in-the-world-belongs-to-america.jpg (558x424, 87K)

You could sent it to Europe, they need it!

1911s are larger guns. Really slim so they're not impractical to carry. It's a classic, but that's also the problem. It's a classic. Before its time, but imo, as an owner of a 1911, the modern striker fire alternative is superior for cc. More ammo, smaller, less apt to get snagged on clothing.

I got big hands too, slightly clumsy and want something at least mostly metal. Does that exist?

See

Australia?

OK dumb nigger that has manlet hands. They aren't that small.

Out of curiosity, are there any opinions on the Springfield Armory XD Mod 2 4"? My first and current carry.

Hey man I'll take it off of your hands. What you got

Not for striker-fired guns. Look into the CZ 75 series if you want a good, metal framed gun. The CZ75 or the SP01 are good choices.

10mm > .45acp
Higher muzzle velocities and more carnage, similar dimensions.

I am in Europe
fuck no, I need it. I don't want it, but I need it.

why not just 44 mag

CZ75 and its variants. For carry I would recommend the P01.

Doublestack hammer-fired compact pistol with a great trigger and an aluminum frame. They make a steel frame version as well.

Attached: p01.jpg (2048x2048, 550K)

If you dont plan on carrying your firearm definitely go with a long gun. Easier to learn on and shoot accurately. I have heard good things about the carbine for the price point. Check out used mossberg 500s or maverick 88s if that tickles you too. There are a ton of options that are not necessarily expensive. Do some research and head over to a gun store to ask some questions and see whats available.

I love the look of the cz75, gotta save up

1911 is your gun then. How about revolvers?

is steel better than alu? pros and cons?

Because .44 mag requires a revolver and you're only getting 5, maybe 6 shots. My 10mm Glock 29 can hold 15+1 rounds of 10mm.

Attached: IMG_20150503_124812.jpg (1442x1070, 405K)

>say gun is small
>somehow this means I have manlet hands
Wouldn't it make more sense if I said the gun was big? Also have you ever held one in person, instead of going by the spec sheet on Sig's website? I doubt it.
Personally I prefer .45 super.
>can be fired in any well-built .45 ACP handgun with just a spring swap
>brings .45 ACP up to full power 10mm energy
>larger heavier bullet, wider variety of bullets if you reload
>lower chamber pressure causes less wear on gun, less chance of blowing your shit up as well
>can just shoot cheap .45 ACP in the same gun
Only downside is lower capacity, but I can live with 12 rounds.

Attached: usp and buffalo bore.jpg (908x511, 121K)

Mohammed got you worried? Or is it the Roma again?

How much is expensive?

Idk I'm not a cowboy. Would a smaller one be a good first gun? I've had bad experiences with them in the past.

I guess it goes pew pew but i dont know if id call it a gun

Attached: IMG_24523.png (1000x750, 1.43M)

NZ.
Australia did the shooting.....

Pros
>more durable theoretically (you won't shoot enough to break either)
>it sounds cooler
Cons
>heavier

They also make steel framed handguns. CZ75 compact would be the way to go if you're dead set on steel. Being heavier while listed as a con is also somewhat an advantage. While it might make it less comfortable for carry, it dampens recoil.

Attached: cz75 compact.jpg (3153x2162, 477K)

Steel makes for a heavier gun so less recoil. The meme was that polymer arms couldn't take a beating but they've disproved that. Most guns are polymers these days so most of the good guns are too.

I guess I'm willing to wait a while to save up, I'd rather have something good than replace something quick

I want a gun. Question is Glock, Beretta or Sig Sauer? Wich is the most reliable, wich has the lowest recoil, etc. I don't care about the price

Steel is fucking heavy but strong. Aluminum is light and slightly less strong. For daily carry, you definitely want an Al frame. If this is only for home defense or target shooting, go steel.

Well, not as a first gun maybe. You sound like you're worried about blowing your fingers off and you might do that with a revolver if you hold it like an idiot. What's your price range?

nah, the mussies and the gyppos ain't really a problem; don't believe the Sup Forumscel hype.

A metal Beretta M9 will have the lowest recoil, followed by a Glock 17 or 19, followed by the Sig P320. Glock has the best track record for reliability.

She's seen better days, user

Did have a few standard farm guns, couple of 12ga, 22 and a 22/20ga over under. But got rid of farm, licence needed renewed, didn’t bother.

Y'all should overthrow your government. We'll take your side.

Anything .38 or lower you guys would recommend?

I can't legally own a gun over .38 special here

How much is expensive though?
Not in US.

Where in Europe are you from

Which guns in particular are you thinking? Each of those companies kinda makes a lot of different guns.

I grade your reading comprehension a solid retard out of 10.

Either you are too fucking dumb and uninformed to know that fedposting and entrapment are things that go on around these parts of the internet. Or you're a fedposter.

300-800, I'm dead set on anything yet I just know i don't like the look of a lot of polymer guns

thnx brahirrim

Denmark

Doesn't matter, buying guns is legal. I've bought multiple online.
>b-b-but feds
Aren't going to entrap you with something legal, that's not entrapment. Retard.

What .45 ACP pistol is cool? I am uneasy about guns but always figured if I got one for self defense I liked the one James Bond uses in 007 The World is not enough (N64)

Bodyguard .380 is my always everyday carry. Its so small and light no chance of its profile ousting me. My g26 is when i have to go through ghetto-vils. With a 30 rounder close by

No compromise

Attached: usp in nature resized because b is shit.jpg (3024x1470, 1.66M)

CZ or Hi-point are good metal 9s. Get the metal of the 1911 and large capacities of the polymers.

Nah we’re good.
Not much crime here.
I thought there was going to be a huge outcry, but everyone mostly just said “seems fair enough. Don’t really use it anyway “.
Still plenty of hunting rifles and shotguns about.

I've been looking at vp9sk, ppq, p320x... are these good conceal carry options?

they may not be her best days but shes come back to life as a homemade revolver thing

Ahhh I see. So you have it for the pedophiles then.

Walther ppk?

Also it’s not like anybody’s ever going to invade. Govt here generally isn’t too in your face about anything.

Dude come on

Attached: Screenshot_20200106-234836~2.png (720x415, 261K)

Those are all good choices. I personally carry a VP9sk. Go to a gun store and get a feel for each of them, buy the one you like best. They're all good.

Anyone who is in the Benelux that knows how to get a gun?

>So you have it for the pedophiles then.
lolwut.. nom not really. I mean, I'd glady cap a pædo, given the chance, but they ain't exactly crawling out the wood works round here.
