>but we still need a set for Robin's fight

>make it dark with some garish lights, that'll work

EDWARD NIGMA

Drew Barrymore's career highlight

Tommy Lee Jones hated Jim Carrey, so at least he had some sense. Too bad not enough to not star in this.

SIXTY FPS KINO!

>BUMMER

Jesus fuck

YOOOOOOOOOOOU REMAIN

MY FLOWER

MY ANGEL

MY BAY-BEHHHH

And it's better and more nuanced than the CGI shitfests that invade the modern DC movie's third act.

wow. never watched kino in 60 fps like it was meant to be watched

Batman Forever and Batman & Robin still the GOAT capeshits
criminally underrated, they are like the absolute perfect parodies of 90s cheesy action schlock

Well I can honestly say I was fully prepared for Richard Hammond to pop out.

Are there more strange 60hz movie clips? that looks sooo strange, it's really taking me out of the movie for some reason?

This is hilariously bad. Batman threw a Batarang at a light and everything exploded and everyone ran. The riddle stays in his chair making faces and then yell bummer as he press a button on his cane. Then Nicole Kidman and Robin fall down a pit that has a bunch of question marks carved in them. Somehow Two Face magically is at the bottom of the pit and Batman beats him cause he has a pouch of Lady Liberty coins

Thanks for the play by play.

Parody implies a level of intention that I'm not seeing. Not a terrible movie to watch while drinking with friends or whatever, but pretty terrible in every other sense

The Rifftrax for this and Batman & Robin are not half bad.

>This guy and his brother did the Rifftrax for Batman Forever

Bat ass

>Parody implies a level of intention
Nah, fuck intention, if it's good, it's good.

>Schumacher still jerks off to this

This is interpolated, right?

Jim Carrey had a really good voice for Riddler. Shame he didn't voice him at all after this.

would boiling acid really be much worse than regular acid?

Probably. As a method to kill someone acid is really kind of pathetic and unwieldy.

He apparently was an old friend of Schumacher's from back in the day, so he agreed to be part of this. That was the only reason.
A lotta loyalty for a hired actor.

I was wrong.
The old friend was the producer, Peter Macgregor-Scott.

I liked it.

IMO Forever is still the best 90s Batman. That GOAT soundtrack.

Some fan made a dark fanedit, which added in all the scenes from the movie that were more serious in nature. Check it out sometime, the original batman forever had scenes about murder, and bruce coming to terms with his parents and why he needs to be Batman. If they left those in, it wouldve been an amazing movie

Daily reminder that there was a cut of this movie that actually made sense but WB execs chopped it up to not scare the kiddies and give Jim Carrey more time to mug

I want to see the whole movie in 60fps now

That's some good U2

Batman Forever defined my childhood.

best batman movie

Everything was so fucking weird about this movie.

Were there ANY scenes that took place on street level or was everything on rooftops?

...

Literally that part where Two-Face tries to rocket the bat mobile and hits his own goons

to me it looks like i am on set watching it. like it never went thru an editing process, there isnt that "movie magic" gloss over it.

HERE'S AN ARTICLE I WROTE FOR BATMAN FOREVER'S 20TH ANNIVERSARY!!!FACT!!! thesupernaughts.com/columns/fact/batman-forever-20th-anniversary-reviewfact/

The guy from the Arkham games is basically imitating Jim Carrey
