I think it's a music video? They've been advertising some Apple Music exclusive album on Adult Swim for a while and I think one of the songs they've played said that over and over again.

I think the one's they've done are mostly just Goku and Vegeta scenes. There's one where Goku meets Black Goku that's funny and at least one other that I can't recall.

For five or six-ish years and then Funi pulled out on the first day of 2016 and gave it to *shudder* Media Blasters.

The reason why these channels are failing are because they aren't pulling Space Dandy's. If an Anime can be aired in the west around the same time it airs in Japan there would be success.

I did , but we switched to Time Warner Cable a few months ago. TWC is actually better in that it all defaults to HD versions of channels because with U-verse you have to pay more to get the HD versions of channels and it was duplicates like if cartoon network was 325 you would have to go to 1325.

Though, since AT&T owns directv now they are really pushing people to switch the tv service to directv to free up the internet bandwidth and shit.
It's duplicates for the TWC I have. The cable boxes have a watch in HD button on screen if you enter the SD number, though. I just wish it redirected by default.
