will the shops open tomorrow?

t.hungry cork lad

First for chicken rolls

Had a nap, feel groggy.

>What was it even about?
It was just an RTS wargame set in WW2. Each nation had its strengths and weaknesses, like Italians had cheap weak stuff and the Germans had really good tanks etc. The maps were massive and you could zoom in and out. Same developers as the Wargame series.
>My first Pokemon game was in English and that ended up being a big mess
Think most Pokemon games are a mess desu. Also something something Mayo fada police, I don't know.

Great post.

Cork city?

my ancestors :)

>mayo fada officer just arrived
Shit, should've posted in the last thread after all...

yeah cork city. I haven't eaten since yesterday

>I haven't eaten since yesterday
I'm in Waterford, you can call down to me if you're badly stuck tomorrow.

>Beautiful. Strange seeing a "cute cute" Nagato.
Plenty of cute Nagatos exist. I just don't post them often.

>Not sure if I want the videos you have been touching yourself to,but thanks for the offer
A porn baron does not partake in his own supply, Lux.

What's your problem?

>Think most Pokemon games are a mess desu.
It resembled more a game of memory than anything else
>Also something something Mayo fada police, I don't know.
Pokémon
>like Italians had cheap weak stuff
This is not what Mussolini died for

>A porn baron does not partake in his own supply, Lux.
A good porn baron has to be a good liar first

You ready to defend your home against the horrors of the night now?
Raiders,strange creatures,the blizzard etc

>A good porn baron has to be a good liar fir
Why is that, pray tell?

>Think most Pokémon games are a mess
Most on the 3DS in fairness, with the exception of Super Mystery Dungeon.
>Mayo fada police
What does that make you? The gearr Rathkeale criminal?
>I don't know
You rarely do.

>A porn baron does not partake in his own supply
From what I understand you deleted your supply.

>This is not what Mussolini died for
He deserves it for turning away from the one true ideology.

>Plenty of cute Nagatos exist
I can't believe this claim unless I see substantial evidence and proof of "cute" Nagatos.

>Most on the 3DS in fairness
Well I haven't played any so I wouldn't dream judge.
>gearr
I'm short, or cut?
>You rarely do
Holy shit, that's really rude! Can't be saying that on the internets.

>This is not what Mussolini died for
Mussolini didn't die - he just became a cute girl.

Italian armored vehicles were generally cheap and shite though.

>From what I understand you deleted your supply.
Do drug lords immediately go out of business when their drugs are seized?

If you fags want to spout polshit you could make an eire thread over there fags, you're not even discussing politics, you're just saying haha nazis haha fascism!! lol!

>I can't believe this claim unless I see substantial evidence and proof of "cute" Nagatos.
No, you get one more for now.

/éire/pol/ already exists. It's mainly for National Party memes and IRA LARPing though.

>You ready to defend your home against the horrors of the night now?
Still a bit tired so the snow might kill me.

>I'm short, or cut?
Yes.

>withholding evidence of cutes
Shall remember this. Will be working on getting a search warrant.

>I'm short and cut
I-I don't understand desu, and does cut have some sort of connotation or meaning?

Also, nobody here is spouting Sup Forums-shit. In fact, /éire/pol/ hates us.

>Do drug lords immediately go out of business when their drugs are seized?
Your supply wasn't seized you destroyed it yourself. And yes if they no longer have a product to sell they're out of business. If you haven't rebuilt your supply of lewds by the time society ceases to exist then your dreams of owning a barony will never come to fruition.

Haha, fascism.

>/éire/pol/ already exists
>there exists an alternate universe where /éire/pol/ is inhabited by Irish flags LARPing as Italians and shitposting about Italian politics for no reason other than to trick those with poor eyesight

He has to keep his subjects addicted to the drug after all and not go around raping and just "getting what they want"

>He deserves it for turning away from the one true ideology.
Looking forward to the Italian elections though,it's going to be great

>he just became a cute girl.
>implying he wasn't a cute girl from the start
Cute girls don't try to stab their classmates though
Well,in Limerick maybe

>I-I don't understand desu, and does cut have some sort of connotation or meaning?
I think he's saying that he is circumcised.

>He has to keep his subjects addicted to the drug after all and not go around raping and just "getting what they want"
I don't have to lie. The consumption of porn is a lot less labour-intensive than rape. I'll appeal to the lazy or unfit wasteland bandit.

>it's going to be great
Is it though? I haven't been following very much but those Lega guys don't really have a chance of getting into power do they, or the Five Star?
Feels like a repeat of the Dutch and French elections, the former more so. Everyone pays attention for a couple of days, takes a side, fights online and then switches off after the result didn't lead to a new Hitler or Trump.

>I think he's saying that he is circumcised
Mayo truly is a mysterious place then, more so than I could've imagined.

>puka
>púca
Is the hidden meaning behind this that these alleged cute images are as tangible as a ghost?

>Looking forward to the Italian elections
What's happening with their politics at the moment? Every time I hear about it it seems a bit crazy.
>Cute girls don't try to stab their classmates
>Well,in Limerick maybe
And Nevada-tan.

>I-I don't understand desu
I was just going with the opposite of fada.
>and does cut have some sort of connotation or meaning?
I guess circumcised but I wouldn't be rude enough to call you that.

>I think he's saying that he is
It's not a long series of posts to keep up with and yet you've already got mixed up.
>I don't have to lie
Yet you do it on a regular basis.
>I'll appeal to the lazy or unfit wasteland bandit
Where do you think these people will get money in a world without the dole?

Good night Irishmen, don't let the blizzard get you
>Everyone pays attention for a couple of days, takes a side, fights online and then switches off after the result didn't lead to a new Hitler or Trump.
The Italian far-right and far-left seem a lot more eager to murder eachother though, which I am looking forward to

>I don't have to lie. The consumption of porn is a lot less labour-intensive than rape. I'll appeal to the lazy or unfit wasteland bandit.
I'm sure you will...

>What's happening with their politics at the moment? Every time I hear about it it seems a bit crazy.
It is,who else /Berlusconi2018/ here?

>Yet you do it on a regular basis.
Don't be lying now.

>Where do you think these people will get money in a world without the dole?
Money is currency, remember?

>I'm sure you will...
Rude.

Goodnight.

Oíche Lux.

I drank done drunk all the Jameson goodbye

Why do people hate Irish so much? It's always "it was forced down our throats" but it's literally just taking a few classes a week as a child.

>/Berlusconi2018/
Is he still in politics? Wasn't he was supposed to have some time in jail over his teenage sex parties or something?

>Good night Irishmen
Good night Luxman.

>Money is currency, remember?
But where are they getting it after society breaks down?

>Why do people hate Irish so much
Possibly because they find it difficult and maybe believe learning it is worthless. I'd imagine those are the thoughts of many in school.
People who left school probably don't dislike it anywhere near are much.

>Is he still in politics
He left but is making a big comeback, one of the big stories in Italy.
>Wasn't he was supposed to have some time in jail over his teenage sex parties or something
Think he did some sort of community service years ago right? Might have been unrelated to that charge.

>But where are they getting it after society breaks down?
Ah for fuck sake - I mean to say "porn is currency".

The way it's taught is abhorrent, they may as well have us sniff glue for an hour

>few classes a week as a child
Found the 50 year old grandad. Take care of your son's 2 year old when he goes to work. cunt

what

*meant
Although mean might work as well, I suppose.

Yeah the teaching is a different issue. I'm just often seeing this meme where people want the compulsory aspect scrapped like it's a real issue

>seeing this meme where people want the compulsory aspect scrapped like it's a real issue
There an article or some post about it? In the modern age culture is secondary to economics and such, so cultural subjects like Irish are kind of a waste of time in the eyes of some.

>I mean to say "porn is currency"
Lazy people would be too lazy to have porn saved though.
Another problem is that most of your fellow porn barons will only have 3DPD shit. Are you willing to lower your standards and save such horrid material for your career?

>I'm just often seeing this meme where people want the compulsory aspect scrapped
That was a thing in the sixties. Could be an awkward issue in the event of reunification.
Really I think we shouldn't have English be compulsory. I'd say it would barely affect the numbers that take it as a subject but if the country wants the Irish language revival to ever be a serious goal and become the first language of most citizens then we should lower the mandatory status of English.

>pic
That tray shouldn't be balancing on her fingers like that.

she's psychic. it's levitating.

>I think we shouldn't have English be compulsory
This would in turn lower our competency in English and as a result lower our competitiveness and economic output. Are you willing to pay that price?
>I'd say it would barely affect the numbers that take it as a subject
Then what affect would it have?

>That tray shouldn't be balancing on her fingers like that
That's how all the good waitresses carry food, you know? Reduced surface area contamination and such.

If it's levitating then why have her hand up at all? And if she's psychic why couldn't she find a better job than McDonalds beach maid waitress?

>reading a Wikipedia article
>it uses the phrase "British Isles" and links to the article of the same name

RTE should be abolished, British channels blocked from the airwaves, and TG4/RNAG made the only programme available on the air.
People will either develop organic interpersonal connections as a way of forming their own world view, or they will learn Irish by default, a win win whether people cooperate or not.

The school system and the summer colleges are basically useless in actually preserving Irish, let alone expanding it (which would be racist and "sectarian" - somehow).

>RTE
Made me chuckle.

English isn't de jure compulsory

>This would in turn lower our competency in English
I think we're a long way off from that.
>Then what affect would it have?
Symbolic mostly of lowering the English language's status, no student should be forced to learn Shakespeare or whatnot if they have no interest in the language or subject. Plus might give those dyslexic kids a break.

They never should have had English on television at all when they started. Even when it was new there were many Irish people complaining that about all the useless American shite they had no interest in clogging up the schedule. I don't think it would've saved the language by itself but it would have certainly helped.

How do you mean? It's to my understanding that English, Irish and maths are compulsory without a special exemption.

I don't find your sense of humour edifying.

In what contexts are students permitted and/or expected to not study English with no penalty to access to third level education?

Reminder that during the Golden Age of Irish literature, no one spoke English.

>I don't find your sense of humour edifying
You realise the sort dichotomy that arose though, yes?

>I think we're a long way off from that
True true, but it is a step in that direction.
>Symbolic mostly of lowering the English language's status
I mean I guess that is sort of ok, but it isn't a very material thing. Don't think it will help too much.
What would you say to the Unionists in the North who wish to speak English? If you put up a sign saying Irish only they won't be too enamored.
>no student should be forced to learn Shakespeare or whatnot if they have no interest in the language or subject
Could we say the same of Maths and Irish?

It's the schools (and third level matriculation requirements) that mandate English and Maths

>Could be an awkward issue in the event of reunification.
United Ireland is going to be a shitshow. Unionists demanding dumb "concessions" that they don't deserve and won't accept anyway.

>You realise the sort dichotomy that arose though, yes?
Cryptic anime snark just doesn't do it for me. You'll have to put more effort into communicating your opinions.

>What would you say to the Unionists in the North who wish to speak English?
Slán.

So it's a regulatory decision by state/hegemonic bodies, and not a formal legal one? Not a big difference.

Our army has to be ready.

>What would you say to the Unionists in the North who wish to speak English?
At the moment they're dead set against Irish being taught in certain Catholic schools in the north, even though they're legally obliged to allow it. So I don't think there's anything anyone could say to convince them even if English kept its legal status.
>Could we say the same of Maths and Irish?
Maths maybe but the revival of the Irish language should be a responsibility of the state.

Nice bit of snow outside now.
Where my fellow avatarfags at?

>You'll have to put more effort into communicating your opinions
Very well, I shall break it down for you. You harp on about all these radical ways of promoting Irish yet failed to make correct use of a fada despite the fact it should've been rather obvious after being pointed out to you.
>Slán
You're not in favour of reunification so? Or are you one of those "it's only a matter of time, muh demographics" people?
>Our army has to be ready
Ready to face the might of Britain and her allies? That'll be quite the battle.

>the revival of the Irish language should be a responsibility of the state
Surely it should be up to the citizens rather than being forced in some sort of autocratic manner?

>lurking the boards.ie thread
>someone mentions something called panti bar
>think "ooh, a panty bar, sounds nice and lewd, maybe I'll go there some time and get to see attractive women wearing very little"
>look it up
>it's apparently a gay bar

>The Irish language is important

Shouldn't you be in /brit/?

>it's apparently a gay bar
It's very well known, very surprised you hadn't heard about it. You've heard of the person called Panti right?

>(1)

Perhaps it's only well known in its native Dublin.
>heard of the person called Panti
No, and I'm not sure I want to.

Well known all around leinster anyway.
>the person called Panti
Crossdresser

>Very well, I shall break it down for you. You harp on about all these radical ways of promoting Irish yet failed to make correct use of a fada despite the fact it should've been rather obvious after being pointed out to you.
You've heard of Grammar Nazi, now there's Anime Grammar West Brit! Watch as with a single diacritic mark he nullifies the case for the revival of the ancient national language!
>You're not in favour of reunification so? Or are you one of those "it's only a matter of time, muh demographics" people?
I was saying they could fuck off and speak English in England if that's what they wanted. It's more of a choice than we were given, and still are given.
>Ready to face the might of Britain and her allies? That'll be quite the battle.
Our allies can deter Britain from intervening directly, but our army must be prepared to defeat Unionist terrorism supported by British black operatives. They must be crushed ruthlessly when they inevitably try and brazenly gaslight the world by attacking our state and (inevitably) Catholics in the North.

>being this naive
Read literally anything outside the (Anglo) liberal ideology, in either direction. That's not how society works AT ALL, and even if we granted that it could work as described and additionally DOES work in Ireland at the minute (HA!), it would still be undeniable that English is the hegemonic language because of illiberal policies!

Are there even any yank style strip joints in Ireland? To my knowledge the "culture" here is entirely imported from England's.

>Perhaps it's only well known in its native Dublin
No, I'd say it is well known from the gay marriage referendum, guy who owns it "Panti" was a big campaigner for it and such.
>No, and I'm not sure I want to
Smart move friend.
>image
A Dangan fan?

Are we being graced with your posts because there's no /éire/pol/ thread tonight?

>Nice bit of snow outside now
It's too dark for me to see.

>Ready to face the might of Britain
I believe he means to put down unionist militias in the event of reunification.

>her allies
>post-Brexit Britain
>allies
Huehuehuehuehuehuehuehuehuehue.

>You've heard of Grammar Nazi, now there's Anime Grammar West Brit
You're taking it too seriously, he was just making a small joke about it.

>because there's no /éire/pol/ thread tonight
I was just thinking the same thing, just checked a few seconds ago.

>allies
It's called a Drumpf and it's quite dangerous. He's a big fan of those Northern Unionists but doesn't dare say it.

He literally has AIDS.

No.
Preaching to the choir is boring, and I've grown out of the phase of giving a shit about the political media cycle.
Besides, how can I tell people they're wrong without going to find the people who have wrong opinions?

That's why I said he wasn't funny, in addition to saying that his point had no weight.

>No, I'd say it is well known from the gay marriage referendum, guy who owns it "Panti" was a big campaigner for it and such.
I see, I suppose I wasn't paying much attention to that whole thing apart from what I was hearing about it in school at the time.
>A Dangan fan?
Aye.

>Aye
Oh it's you college-kun.

>Besides, how can I tell people they're wrong without going to find the people who have wrong opinions?
Yeah, but I doubt anybody here finds your arguments to be compelling considering how extreme and impractical they are. So really all you're doing is wasting your time.

I didn't realise my use of "Aye" was so easy to pick up on. Interesting.
You seem disappointed that it's just me, sorry about that.

>It's called a Drumpf
He works for us now.
>it's quite dangerous
If he hasn't gone to war with Best Korea yet then what makes you think he'll start with us? Assuming he's still in office by this time.
>He's a big fan of those Northern Unionists
Proofs?

>his point
I don't think I'd call it a point, just a small joke.

If that's the case I should inform you that the merits of arguments aren't their lack of extremity and contemporary acceptability.

>my use of "Aye"
Mosquito man?

>Proofs
St. Patrick's Day speech last year. Didn't shut up referencing their delegation during it.
Makes sense really, same religion, same level of crazy, conservative, love Israel, hate foreigners and so on.

Whatever, it's your time. Do with it as your please. I would be very surprised if you even altered anybody's opinion though.

I'm a shitposter, not a preacher.

Your shitposting is of poor quality. Please endeavour to improve.

Shitposting will continue until morale improves.

>8 hours since the government told us to stay indoors
>no snow has fallen

Well at least make it more enjoyable.

>I didn't realise my use of "Aye" was so easy to pick up on
It wasn't, I just realised you posted that "trust myself" image before.
>You seem disappointed that it's just me, sorry about that
Quite the opposite actually. Sorry I'm just tired. I quite like you, though as you've said before I can understand why people mightn't like the constant complaining about things.
Don't feel the need to hide your posts/identity desu. More posters are always welcomed by me anyways.

What county?
The scene from my window's pretty amazing, the usually uneven ground with footpaths and such is now covered evenly in a thick blanket of snow.

Not for you.

It's extremely snowy over here. Once in a generation.

I noticed.

Oíche mhaith.

damn he's right

>samefagging

damn, he's right.....

It's not.

This is samefagging.
