Poor Paul

I wonder how he really died

Paul was a twink sex slave for the Beatles Manager and the Record Executives, once he was past his sell by date he was killed and Paul 2.0 appeared.

They've tried several times already. How is a decent one still inevitable?

They stole ideas from better artists and had it marketed very well. They're literally ear Apple.

At least aliens will be spared from listening to this whitewashed suburban pop garbage.

Can't believe no one's said it yet, but Lennon should be played by Joaquin Phoenix.

Julian looks more like John than Sean does.

>On 4 February 2008, at 00:00 UTC, NASA transmitted the Interstellar Message "Across the Universe"[22] in the direction of the star Polaris, 431 light years from Earth.[23] The transmission was made using a 70m antenna in the Deep Space Network's Madrid Deep Space Communication Complex, located outside of Madrid, Spain. It was done with an "X band" transmitter, radiating into the antenna at 18 kW. This was done to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the song's recording, the 45th anniversary of the Deep Space Network (DSN), and the 50th anniversary of NASA. The idea was hatched by Beatles historian Martin Lewis, who encouraged all Beatles fans to play the track as it was beamed to the distant star. The event marked the first time a song had ever been intentionally transmitted into deep space, and was approved by McCartney, Yoko Ono, and Apple Corps.[24] (The first musical interstellar message was "1st Theremin Concert to Aliens", section 2 of the Teen Age Message, in 2001.)

>the inevitable, actually decent, biopic
Was this no good? I never actually watched it.

You're a patrician. I'm sorry your life will be so hard.

I don't like the guy who played Paul or George just because they barely looked like them,John's actor is alright though.

The fact that so many books still name the Beatles as "the greatest or most significant or most influential" rock band ever only tells you how far rock music still is from becoming a serious art. Jazz critics have long recognized that the greatest jazz musicians of all times are Duke Ellington and John Coltrane, who were not the most famous or richest or best sellers of their times, let alone of all times. Classical critics rank the highly controversial Beethoven over classical musicians who were highly popular in courts around Europe. Rock critics are still blinded by commercial success. The Beatles sold more than anyone else (not true, by the way), therefore they must have been the greatest. Jazz critics grow up listening to a lot of jazz music of the past, classical critics grow up listening to a lot of classical music of the past. Rock critics are often totally ignorant of the rock music of the past, they barely know the best sellers. No wonder they will think that the Beatles did anything worthy of being saved.

Daniel Radcliffe as John Lennon and Emma Watson as Paul Mccartney. I am not even kidding in the slightest when I say I'd look forward to it and buy the bluray.
