mike judge is definitely a sort of conservative. it's obvious based on things he says in interviews. i believe he has even self-identified as libertarian in the past.
i wouldn't consider koth conservative, though. it's not a political show and doesn't advance any particular viewpoint. but most of the political jokes are at the expense of smug lib stereotypes.
