All of them > Daniel Craig’s

Casino>Skyfall>Quantum>>>Spectre

All the old ones were shit.

On her Majesty's Secret Service is the best bond movie

mostly for the ending

I gotcha. Order is approximate:

From Russia With Love
The Spy Who Loved Me
Goldfinger
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
Thunderball
The Living Daylights
Goldeneye
Casino Royale
For Your Eyes Only
You Only Live Twice
Skyfall
Dr. No
SPECTRE
Live and Let Die
The Man With the Golden Gun
License to Kill
Quantum of Solace
Tomorrow Never Dies
Diamonds Are Forever
The World Is Not Enough
Moonraker
A View to a Kill
Octopussy
Die Another Day

I actually typed all those out from memory.

/thread

Some people just hate Brosnan don't they?

Skyfall > Goldfinger > Casino Royale > Dr. No > From Russia With Love > GoldenEye = The World Is Not Enough = Tomorrow Never Dies > Spectre > Die Another Day

None of the other ones matter, because I haven't seen them.

Best: The one where Bond burgered your sister

t. Amerifat

Damn, I'm impressed

Licence to Kill was better than Living Daylights.

The ones with Sean Connery >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> all the other shit

Best Connery: You Only Live Twice
Worst Connery: Diamonds are Forever (not counting Never Say Never Again)

Best Moore: The Spy Who Loved Me
Worst Moore: A View To A Kill

Best Dalton: Licence to Kill
Worst Dalton: The Living Daylights (but they're both good)

Best Brosnan: GoldenEye
Worst Brosnan: Die Another Day

Best Craig: Skyfall
Worst Craig: Spectre

pleb detected

I'll admit, I underrated some of them since I was trying to rank them as I remembered them. Tomorrow Never Dies and The World Is Not Enough should both be a few notches higher and maybe switched. But Goldeneye is the only one that would crack the top ten.

Go away redit

>Skyfall over Casino Royale

If liking OHMSS means you're Reddit, then I'm Reddit.

worst film

quantum of solace

there finished

Goldfinger fucking sucks.

Casino Royale with Craig is probably the best one.

The last 30 minutes of Casino Royale are pretty much Quantum of Solace and that's not a good thing.

Film should have stopped after Le Chiffre died.

>Craig
Skyfall
Casino Royale
Quantum
Spectre

>Brosnan
Die another day
Tomorrow never dies
Goldeneye
World is not enough

>Dalton
License to kill
Living daylights

>Moore
Spy who loved me
Man with the golden gun
Live and let die
View to a kill
Octopussy
Your eyes only
Moonraker

>Connery
Goldfinger
Thunderball
From Russia with love
You only live twice
Dr No
Diamonds are forever

Lazenby fags and Never Say never do not apply

I know right, what the fuck happened?

i could never get in to bond films until craig and im saying this as an oldfag. brosnan is corny as fuck and only made one half decent movie, also its probably what turned me off bond in general. connery is classic but the films just arent that good unless youre a fan. the others i havent seen and probably never will. the best thing that bond ever did was spawn austin powers movies which are are some of the funniest comedies of their era

if skyfall and casino royale arent in your top 3-4 you have some serious nostalgia goggles going on.

...

If you like Craig, you'll like Dalton's two movies, The Living Daylights and Licence to Kill.

Goldeneye was good, the rest were just shit stories and there was just nothing he could do to save them.

...

Absolutely this. And the Brosnan movies got too dependent on cliches but not even in a clever or funny way like we got with Moore.

I think the first half of Tomorrow Never Dies is decent. TWINE and DAD are turds though, especially DAD.

Dalton looks like he couldn't hit a dent in a piece of butter. He should have stuck to Wuthering Heights and shit.

t. millenial

swap From Russia With Love into best Connery and QoS into worst Craig and I'll agree with you

>the sixth james bond
>the ninth menu item at mcdonald's

It's "I 69'd your sister"

Unironically Die Another Day is my favorite

didnt the 2007 writer's strike fuck that one over?

>The Spy Who Loved Me is number two

Last night i bond burgered your sister

A great Bond starring in mediocre to dogshit films with the exception of GoldenEye

spectre that high

this is easily the worst bond movie ever, even worse than non-eon ones.

What about Die Another Day do you like? I'm curious.

I really like this one despite how flawed it is. Mature story with gimmick gadgets and puns. Sophie Marceau is kino. 2nd best Brosnan behind Goldeneye.

My only gripe I'd rank license to kill in between Casino Royale and Casino Royale.

>Thunderball in top 5
Good fucking taste

Who /TomorrowNeverDies/ here?

>great pre-credits
>TWO great title songs
>great action throughout like the two car chases
>great score
>Jonathan Pryce
>Michelle fucking Yeoh
And witty, fast paced script makes for kino

6/10, enjoy your replies

>6/10
Time to stop posting user

>nuclear physicist Dr. Christmas Jones

>liking Thunderball

I too love overlong underwater sequences where you can't tell what's going on.

I feel this film is carries by its' villains Jonathan Price always puts on a good show and the German assassin and the Aryan sadist were great henchmen

CLANG
CLANG ALANG ALANG ALANG ALANG ALANG

prime kino Denise Richards, no acting abilities and all.

It's overshadowed by GoldenEye but I think TND is genuinely a good film.

Bond wears the red suit and Largo has his white hair exposed, it's not that hard

TND and TWNE are both legit decent Bond films, people only dislike them because they either havnt actually watched them or have only seen them once years ago

Meant for

We didn't get this youtube.com/watch?v=rCX4SxhpPwE and instead got that abortion by Alicia Keys and Jack White?

objectively the best bond

don't you mean robert carlyle from 28 weeks later / full monty? i agree the villains were the best part including sophie marceau.

...

I originally meant that post for but I agree. I think the dynamic between Renard and Elektra is intriguing, it's hard to tell which one is in control

Die

Another s

Sophie Marceau was the best part of that movie.

People really need to fuck off with underrating the roger moore films. they're the best ones hands down.

*stares at nothing after sex*

>Die Another Day not even in the Die Another Day tier.
I keked

I feel like I ranked it too low to be quite honest.

M-maybe.... but most of the millennial Bond fans I know eat the Brosnan shit up.

Cause you are wrong

...

Tomorrow Never Dies had a great story though (Murdoch news empire figure using media to orchestrate world events)

And World is not Enough had a really realistic plot (increase oil prices by creating nuclear incident).

They're totally fine for what they are.

Deal with it

>Goldfinger
Bond sits around half the movie and is saved by the indeciciveness of his foe, also because otherwise Bond would be dead.
In the end a woman saves the day.
Maybe because Bond fucked her, but only maybe.
youtube.com/watch?v=DoQwKe0lggw
such shit

the simpsons did it better
youtube.com/watch?v=jWmAcXJMWvg

Best Bond opening song?

youtube.com/watch?v=2BxTwJtpGYA

so fuckable!

yes that could have been shorter, but otherwise it is bond kino!

Goldeneye
Quantum of Solace
Casino Royale
Tomorrow Never Dies
The World Is Not Enough
The Spy Who Loved Me
From Russia With Love
Live and Let Die
The Living Daylights
You Only Live Twice
Octopussy
Spectre
For Your Eyes Only
Skyfall
Goldfinger
Diamonds Are Forever
The Man With The Golden Gun
A View To a Kill
Thunderball
Dr. No
On Her Majesty's Secret Service
Die Another Day
Moonraker
Licence To Kill

Do people dislike/hate spectres 2 first acts?
I consider that the third act starts at the blofields desert place and thats the point where I start to dislike the movie.

1. Live and Let Die
2. A View To a Kill
3. Nobody Does It Better
4. You Only Live Twice
5. The Living Daylights

I actually thought it was great until the last act. If it had ended in Africa with the Blofeld reveal and Bond escaping his base, that would have been fine with me, but the whole part with the bombs in the condemned building at the end was garbage.

the car chase was awful and where I stopped liking the movie. No tire sounds, he is talking on the phone whole time with that nigress, and it's so flat and boring. QOS had a much better car chase.

Totally agree. Still wasnt as bad as the Home Alone tier ending of Skyfall though.

lebron isn't even the best player in the league rn
westbrook has better stats and lebron is supposed to be the stats guy

it's in my top 5

[in no order]
Goldfinger
Thunderball
OHMSS
The Spy who loved me
Casino Royale or from russia with love

Whats this? Actual discussion of movies?

Get outta here

Neither is or ever will be Michael Jordan.

TAP TAP
MISTER STAMPAH

Moonraker is an exciting late 70's romp in space. If you can't enjoy it on any level you're probably an incredibly sad person.

t. mousecuck

honestly disliked it as soon as the first action scene ended.

yes yes the one take is nice and he gets to the roof sure nice... but then that CGI destructed building? that godawful chase? that fucking stupid helicopter brawl that goes on forever and doesn't visually cohere at all?

It didn't even get better from there. By the time Blofeld drills him and it does literally nothing I genuinely hated it.

What does that even mean?

deepest symbol lore

Craig rankings:
>Casino Royale
>Skyfall
>Quantum of Solace
>
>Spectre
Casino is really bloated. There's too much before the casino and too much after, and Quantum isn't nearly as bad as everyone seems to think it is, it's just not as good as the ones better than it. Literally anything is better than Spectre though, what a shitshow.
