I know the feeling, have you seen the catalog?

The penis genuinely caught me by surprise.

That's what she said

>this is shocking dialogue for Americans

Most cucked country

I mean. I was THINKING it. But to actually see a character say penis in a samurai jack cartoon kinda shocked me.

It's not surprising inherently. It's surprising because this is a reboot of a kid's cartoon that, with the exception of a little teensy bit more violence, has otherwise played things pretty similarly to its previous run. It's not SHOCKING -- it was just a funny surprise. The joke landed really well.

how dare you

Talking penis moment really took me off guard

one that it happened out of nowhere and then realizing the guy's head actually did look like a penis

youtube.com/watch?v=0hrM2biD7g4

tell me a story grandpa Lucio

Fuck animes

I'm so disappointed he gave up to be da samurai

>No mention of the Monk Dunk.
That was his slickest move.

Any chance we can get a full shot of that scene and someone edit it to look like Sup Forums or Sup Forums's front page similar to that Jack WHERE DO YOU THINK WE ARE one

Me too, it seems like either he or I totally missed the point of that episode. Jack shattered his confidence, sure, but isn't humility the first step to becoming a samurai? And Jack seemed to be mentoring him through it. I really thought that episode was all about helping a wayward show-off start on the path of becoming a true samurai. I guess I was wrong.

Yeah. When I saw the place I figured it was going to be him retired there after a life of training to be a real samurai. Maybe explain how Jack inspired him to go and help even more people

When I saw the place I thought it was going to be revealed as secretly a dojo and rebel base.
Kept waiting for him to trust Ashi was on the up and up and reach under the counter to flip a switch revealing all sorts of shit that's been building there over 50 years.

The archers seemed to have done something and Scotsman talked about finding more troops, so it seemed logical to me.

Hey man, once he lost his muscle suit, he just didn't have the cash to buy another.

Demongo's cameo was weird

Maybe he didn't do it because he realized Demongo was lurkin

...

he also said sob, that means son of a bitch

thats what makes it funny

Same here. Was completely not expecting it, as the series had never done a comment like that before.

That's because of the previous 4 seasons.

>This hippie talkin' shit 'bout my Momma...

>That spoiler

Think of the children!

...

...

He just happened to be passing by.

Just not to you though.

If had been like that through episode 1, which is what I was expecting, I wouldn't have cared. Five episodes in, and I just assumed they weren't going to do it.

WHY DIDINT WE SEE THE JUMP GOOD MONKEYS

Aku will win over jack even when he does go back in time since the future is already aku and if aku lost then the future would not have been aku

they jumped back to their home planet

How did he survive getting crushed?

took him 50 years to regenerate a body? This show sucks so I don't know.

Fifty years healing? When you aren't human maybe the rules are different.

Maybe its that fantasy rule that you can't kill demons but only banish them or something.

>the next episode is rated MA-SV

you thought this episode was good.

Wait, seriously?

Gendy confirmed for hack?

source or gtfo

:)

OH GOD YES PLEASE

That would actually be mythologically faithful, not hackery.

My gripe however is I feel Aku of all people should be able to defy that sort of thing, being not only a demon himself but a very powerful one he should know how to twist the rules so he's always a head above his minions.
When he declines to show mercy it should be final and permanent otherwise he feels toothless. What was Demongo even grovelling about if he'd just come back after a little rest?

It was obviously not intended to have this effect, but I feel Demongo's cameo inadvertently flies in the face of Aku's menace. They should have pulled a Rorkannu and made it Demongo's twin or something.

What I suspect is when Kevin Richardson came in to do the Woolies they figured it's a nostalgia episode so why not go for another familiar voice while they're at it. Since his other roles are plot troublesome like the Guardian or likely dead by now they picked Demongo.

But in retrospect they should have given that a little more thought. Kid cartoon or no, you don't fuck up your own characterization.

How is Aku anymore final boss material than other evil forces if he can't threaten them into subservience?
What makes the Big Bad is the fact he can and will end things the hero can't or won't.

Maybe the 'rest' is basically like torture

And it does make sense that only a source of good or the Gods could destroy a demon, Aku has limits to his power

I cracked up at that moment. We were all thinking it!

And even with all the blood and being on Adult Swim, I'm still watching a Genndy Tartakovsky cartoon with Tom Kenny doing the voice. I don't expect to hear him say penis.

Aku is extremely changeable. I imagine he destroyed or decorporealised Demongo for his failure, maybe sending him to the pit of hate but is able to bring him back whenever he feels like it.

No, that's what I said to her.

I thought he was going to say "peanut"

...

I just love that Harlem accent.

...

How did he survive getting wailed on by every warrior he's ever captured?

Demongo can put his essence into other things.

That sounds vaguely like a gay porno

>not the crazy 8

Fucking this. Jack tried to push him down a noble path after he beat some humbleness into him, and instead he just gave up on the Samurai dream.

There's still time to redeem himself by picking up the blade one more time, but this was a disappointment direction for this one.

Is there a list of all da samurais moves?

>schmuck, hell and damn are swears
do you live in a church

Do you live in the PJ's?

I thought this was a missed opportunity to have Ashi mention how Jack killed her 6 sisters as all these guys were talking about how he fucked them up.

That's the fun part; it comes out of nowhere. Nobody expected Scaramouche to say penis with that voice of his. I had a honest chuckle with it.

For pre-season 5 SJ there are.

I didn't get the hell part

I mean, in the last episode it's clear they still call it the pit of hate despite being able to get away with hell now, so is the pit of hate and hell two different concepts or are they different words for the same thing?

>chases after Jack to learn to become a real samurai
>he never bothers becoming a real samurai and immediately gives up on his dreams
>he implies that his boring, depressing life is Jack's fault

nigga have a (You)

>I don't expect to hear him say penis.

Jack never actually taught him so he couldn't improve

...

Please be aware of my autism!

Yeah, it just felt out of place. Would have been better of he said "that guy looked like a talking ding-dong."

>"that guy looked like a talking ding dabbada dabbada doo doo shabbada dong ."

I was so ready for him to actually have learned and turned into a proper Samurai that Jack'd have been proud of.

I thought he was gonna say "wow, what a literal dickhead!"

>Helicopter time

What did he said?

How's Sarah doing?

>post yfw Scaramouche came back
>post yfw all these references to the past 4 seasons
>post yfw "penis"

...

...

That got me full-on fucking laughing.

can someone shoop in a (you) above Ashi in that pic?

Aku probably brought Demongo back because he was bored and he thought hearing "MASTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" would cheer him up a little bit.

I loved the bar scene.

The thing is that I would've loved if reaction for episode 6 had references to Hanna-Barbera characters like Zorak too in places of some of these guys

Tom Kenny was in sketch comedy with David Cross, and he's been in everything under the sun. Hell! You don't remember Mission Hill. youtube.com/watch?v=h3RsJBhhswI

The pit of hate is in Aku's fucking house.

He can no longer pee

I call him dickhead.

Right? I rewound it ten times, still no idea.

I can't find the thread the original was posted on, so I'll just leave the alternate here.

This is the best one because it includes the april fools one

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH

...

What if he takes up da samoorai dream again in the last fight against Aku?

>became a washed up loser and not a wise samurai sensei

Godamnit.
