Just war and operator stuff.
/k/ and war related Sup Forums
The 'Nam is fucking great.
Well, the first half of it at least.
I'm convinced Punisher Armory is the most /k/ comic ever conceived. Half the shit he has I can't find info on because it was obscure 1990s pre-AWB gun culture before the internet(For instance, I haven't been able to find ANY info on pic related, but it did come from a gun magazine)
It was the war the Trenches was pretty good, so is Putain de Guerre! but not sure if it has been translated.
Actually I'll do a dump of what I have.
Does anti-war stuff count?
Some of these are the drafts and not the actual comic, if anyone has those I'd be interested

Thanks so much guys!
I dunno, Waltz With Bashir was a good movie, but I wonder if it really counts as /k/? I mean the point of it was not just that war is bad, but there's also the whole thing about how aside from that one officer with the Galil, most of the character were just a bunch of dumb kids who got swept up in the conflict and weren't very good at war at all.
The actual waltz scene has Frenkel dancing madly through the streets firing an FN MAG. It's /k/ enough
Waltz with Bashir is pretty much "anti-operator: the movie".
The sheer incompetence of the soldiers would be funny if it wasn't so tragic.
Yes. It is highly comfy yet doesn't shy away from some of the realities of war. I feel like I actually learned a few things watching it. It captured the civilian perspective really well.
Manga does this much better than comics.

Damn I teared up a little.
Punisher is the most emotionally impactful comic series ever made.
