And the Oscar goes to

And the Oscar goes to...

She’s going to win Best Actress and make a huge speech about Glumpf and sexual assault, isn’t she Sup Forums?

Get Out

In the age of Drumpf attacking the free press for doing nothing than reporting the truth on his collusion with Russia, this is a powerful film that deserves the praise it gets. The media are the true freedom fighters of our era.

Every winner will. If they don't they'll be booed off stage and have their Oscar taken away.

It's a bretty good film.

Unironically want them to give it to Get Out just to rub the Oscars in the mud.

The accolades on this poster are the film equivalent of Zimbabwean money.

is it really as good as "the unrivalled movie of the year"? it looks seriously boring

yes

It's THE most important film of the year.

Nice b8 here’s a (You) for you

It's a guaranteed oscar nomination if your movie paints journalists as heroes and paragons of morality. Just look at Spotlight.

Fuck Meryl Streep and fuck jews

As much as you want this to happen to stay eternally triggered, it won't
Frances McDormand is pretty much confirmed to win

I tried finding any of those reviews from the poster to see what they actually say, can't find them. There is 0 thrill and excitement in this movie

Nah, Three Billboards and Wind River were better. It was good though. They could have done better with Meryl Streep, she spends most of the movie being utterly spineless and pathetic except for one scene towards the end which doesn't really do a good job of selling the idea that she's become more assertive. Tom Hanks was fantastic though.

reminder that actors are the lowest form of life.

She knew...........she blew.

Is this the safest, most obvious Oscar bait in recent memory?
>walking Oscar nomination Meryl Streep
>everyone’s favorite Tom Hanks
>story about brave journalists
>obvious shots at Drumpf and his hate for the media
>nothing controversial regarding this movie whatsoever, both college kids and grannies can see it

Even though I like Spielberg the Post was really boring. Two hours milking one decision for more drama than it could possibly give, he did the same thing in Lincoln.
