Why havent they intervened in the affairs at beach city?

Why havent they intervened in the affairs at beach city?

Because that would actually be interesting to see

I know right? And if this really is supposed to be an alternate reality if earth, unless our givernments been vastly changed they would still exsist in it
>be MIB
>hear about rock aliens mingiling and fucking local civilians
>triggered.jpg
>must go to town and administer class C amenisiacs

>he thinks the MiB are gov't agents

>the letter was a mib trap

Yes, but there aliens that act autistic because human disguises and manerisms trigger their spastic over computerized nature and they are part of a joint venture between the deep state and the greys made a few years after the roswell crash steven universe already confirmed the reptoids exsist with renaldos rants about lizard men

Too busy hunting down the real threat.

Sneople

alien collaborators

Because the Gems are a known quantity historically and have fought in every major war for the past 5000 years and protect people from alien menaces. Pearl is on American currency. They're allies.

>Xenos parasites
>Allies

>not thinking theyre on the same side
Bitch please

>Pearl is on American currency
Where on their dollar, i mustve missed that

Because the Gems are living weapons that are easy to manipulate.

Who wants to see world building when you have Mr. Smiley's gay lover to dedicate an entire episode to

Oh shit they assassinated hi

The CGs ARE the Men in Black, essentially

They clean up the messes aliens make and for the most part are ignored by the general population

They don't make any effort to make people believe that they're a legitimate government agency or even to appear human but since they were around before Abraham and have told people to not worship them or recruit them for their political ambitions they get ignored

>MiBs are ayylmaos plus the gov't

>His only knowledge of the MiB comes from Hollywood comedies

>he hasn't heard about Nick Radferns's book
I'm off to bed, we will argue some other day

I thought OP meant general secret service stuff and it reminded me of so many arguments about where the human armies are in SU and how it's bad that none showed up to attack the gem invasions.

People really have a hard time understanding that SU earth isn't our earth. The whole narrative is that humans are so fixated on their melancholy lives that magical rock aliens and giant monsters only get a "huh, that's weird" and never looked at again.

>People really have a hard time understanding that SU earth isn't our earth. The whole narrative is that humans are so fixated on their melancholy lives that magical rock aliens and giant monsters only get a "huh, that's weird" and never looked at again.

The reason people have a hard time with it is that you can't just delete curiosity and desire to explore from humanity and expect civilization to look the same. Steven Universe's humans look and act a lot like our humans, and their civilization is a lot like our civilization. So our natural response is to assume they're just like us, and then wonder why they aren't more bothered by Gem stuff and why they haven't tried to do something like reverse-engineer Gem tech.

If people don't get that SU humans are different than us, that's on Sugar and the rest of the crew. They've failed to make the differences apparent enough that everyone can catch on. They've fucked up.

Sounds like your problem, really. It was pretty evident from the pilot onward that Steven living with magical grandmas was just 'a thing' and doesn't effect the town.

Sugar isn't responsible for people who are just too thick to catch these things.

>Doesn't effect the town
Except those times that it did

Monster appears, gets defeated and everything is back to normal like it never happened.

No human construct can hurt or hold the "gems" for long. "They" don't mess with them due to stories from the deep past, lore, and those who see them. They don't seem to want anything that earth provides.

Any contact has been cut from their end by any means they choose, but their always prepping for something; something that they fear seems to be far out of our scope of influence.

We would ask them to leave but in truth they may have been here longer than man has recorded history.

(sidenote: we do believe that the artifacts around around the world than can't be traced or carbon dated are from either the "gems" or others like them)

Their numbers have grown and shrunk in small numbers. But it seems that it only takes two of them to make a new being far more powerful than they are apart and the more that combine the more power.

We've recorded confrontations with hostiles that seems to share the similar abilities but some seems more militant than the others indicating some sort of government and hierarchy. We've yet to ascertain their system as it seems that the "gems" here have no ranking system but act more as a family unit.

For some time they have had what it would seem to be a young boy among them now but they all admit that he is a hybrid of their leader and a human man. He is the first of his kind and retains most of not all his mother's abilities but with limited knowledge on how to use them.

>It's the viewers fault for being human

It's that specific viewer's fault for being an idiot. Don't try to act like it's a group or 'human'. Dumb is dumb.

SU world is like, all middle class. We've seen no evidence of war, high level crime or violence beyond yelling contests over loaned lawnmowers. Even the Mayor's bodyguards are hilariously inept and fled when Steven attacked with a shirt cannon.

That's why there's no armies or other serious fighting force. The humans are too peaceful.

>That's why there's no armies or other serious fighting force. The humans are too peaceful.
God, i wish i lived in that world, shit sounds nice

...

...

There are armies even into the modern world, we've seen that tanks and bombers exist in this world.

Homeworld Gems put minerals in the water that made all humans docile.

>TFW they actually say something like this in show
Alex jones would have a field day

Here's what happened

>Gems arrive when Man is still trying to start fires
>They have a war and fuck Earth's shit up
>CGs dedicate their lives to cleaning it up
>Early humans ask if the CGs are gods
>The CGs tell them not to woship them
>Early humans ask if the Gems will help them fight their wars
>The CGs tell them no
>The early humans ask if they should go near Gem sites
>The CGs tell them no

The biggest difference between SU earth and ours is that SU has higher life forms that have lived on the planet for all of recorded history, ones that are benign yet mostly disiniterested in the lives of men, so humans learned to ignore them

No, fuck you, I've seen no concrete evidence that humans in the SU world are materially different than humans in our world. Nearly everything the SU humans do are things regular humans would do given the same situation. It doesn't follow and Sugar fucked up.

Yeah war and armed conflict are not foreign concepts for SU humans, hell Vidalia owns a shotgun for self defense

Idiot.

the show is spiritually feminine, ergo all patriarchal power systems are downplayed in it.

this is why there are no police, no churches, government or authority, even the mayor is a total joke with no power whatsoever

>female money
watching this show is like taking estrogen pills

>what is the British pound
>what is the Dutch euro
>what is the Latvian euro

Proving his point.

You forgot about Russia being blown up.

She doesn't even have Pearls most defining feature(nose), she even has ears!

Europe is gay, haha
