One of the things they wanted to do with Justice League Action was bring in some characters who had never been in a DC cartoon before. They came up with an idea for a Space Cabbie episode. Since Space Cabbie is sort of a joke character, they wanted to cast a comedian as his voice. They asked Patton Oswalt, and he said yes.
Originally, it was just going to be a one episode thing. But Oswalt and the crew of the show had such a good time working together that they wrote his character into more episodes so he could become a regular.
That was a good one. They have to be real speedy with the exposition drops in the shorts but spazzy guys like Booster and Firestorm make it work. Granny helping with the birth only to try and kill the mother and take the baby was fucking great.

my only exposure to booster and skeets is from cartoons since i dont read comics. from seeing them in JLU and BatB i thought skeets was always with booster as his sidekick. can anyone explain in more detail what skeets is to booster?

Skeets is basically Booster Gold's smartphone. Maybe he's busy recharging his battery.
In the 00's, Bizarro wore a purple and magenta costume that was a little less reminiscent of Superman's look. That seems to be the design the art director is using as his basis for this version of the character.

What? Your operating systems doesn't need to understand the video file, the application does. VLC should work on Chrome and FLV is a supported file type.
I'm not very good with technology as you could tell by my post but I read that chrome OS has trouble with .flv so I found a chrome OS friendly file converter and changed the episode "Booray for Bizarro" into a .mp4 file that was readable and am enjoying the episode as of this moment
