PA if you're around, I just came across an interview with Olivia Hussey if you want to check it out.
Oh man, I totally remember that tv show
Director: Ok, I want you to watch this guy running down the stairs, in horror. AT NO POINT ARE YOU TO STOP SITTING ON THE STAIRS! Ok...Yeah that's good screaming. Now scratch yourself like an irritable monkey! Brilliant! CUT! PRINT!
Nostalgia hey. Don't even know how I came across it on yt but have been making my way back through them. Found myself remembering stories I'd watched on air in the 90s.
It's the Troma way
No forgetting that narration
If memory serves it was on a Sunday night when I was at uni, must have watched the lot
It was good because it had a bunch of Aussie-related stuff too
It'd be fun to have a show like that again.
It's very much a thing of that mid-90s craze for aliums and so on
These days it's all History Channel bullshit

I miss the whole thing of appointment viewing really, I was thinking about this the other day
It's probably why stuff like react videos and so on have become popular, as they compensate for that
My I've never seen this webm before. Pray tell, what is the source?
>appointment viewing
What does this mean?

Alright so theres this TV serie called "fargo" right. imdb.com
and in it. Theres a scene where two cops enter a shop to talk with owner. But heres the twist. The owner is not in at the moment! So theres this awkward moment, where the cops just stars the at perky clerk. Which is what you see in this webm
Its the 6th episode in the first season this happends
The idea that everyone would gather together at a certain place and time to watch a show together
It was definitely a thing in my uni days because people without TVs would come visit and it would be a whole social thing
These days with Netflix and torrenting and marathoning etc there's no longer that weekly cycle
That looked like it hurt
How absurd. I don't believe you. You shouldn't tell lies on the internet.
Ah gotchya. Yeah I lived in college when I went to uni and we would all come round to the common area giant flat screen to watch the latest eps of whatever was hot at the time. Good times and very social. Or when shit was going down like 9/11. I still remember us all gawking at the news showing the towers on fire and collapsing over and over again on this massive screen in the middle of the night.
