>What is this thread? Every Wins'day at Win-O'-Clock we gather here and post links to the latest scans and rips of comic books. Most links we uploaded ourselves, others we are sharing from elsewhere. Some comics we've even purchased ourselves (but most we didn't). If you'd like to help out, just ask and we would be delighted to tell you how. Otherwise, be patient, be polite, and understand the simple concept behind these words: Not posted means not available yet.
>Where can I find downloads for other comics? Warez forums/blogs, DDL-indexing search engines (like FileDiva), torrent trackers (like ExtraTorrent) and other P2P networks (like DC++). If a link has been posted on Sup Forums, you can search for it in the Desu archive (add "http*" to searches to return only posts with links). If all else fails, just >buy it.
>Where can I buy comics? comixology.com/ amazon.com/ On the various publishers' webstores, and at your local comics shop.
>How do I download from websites that only give me .exe files? Untick the checkbox under the download button.
>How can I find this thread every week? If you are using the inline extension go to Sup Forums.org/co/official or use the option under "Filters & Post Hiding". If you have 4chanX go to Settings > Filter > Subject and add the following line: /Official Win-O'-Thread/;highlight
Danke, any update on you uploading Yu-Gi-Oh any time soon?

The award-winning animator behind Dexter's Laboratory, Samurai Jack and Hotel Transylvania brings his visionary talents to Marvel. On the mean streets of Harlem, shoes are big, shirts are large, bottoms are belled and crime is rampant! But in the heart of the city, the world's hardest-working, smack-talking, chain-wearing super hero is on the streets and on the case - and his rates are reasonable! He's Cage! Dig it! But what happens when he's out of his element, trapped in a jungle a thousand miles from home, and hunted by savage beasts that walk like men? (collecting Cage! nos. 01-04, plus Luke Cage, Hero For Hire (1972-1973) no. 1: 123 pages)

It's Deadpool uncensored! Government agent Wade Wilson is too valuable an assassin for the brass not to take advantage of, but the unstable killer needs the guidance of a steady hand to be effective. It's Bob's job to make sure Deadpool completes his missions - by any means necessary. Unfortunately, Deadpool considers him something of a sidekick, and it's always the sidekick who takes one for the team. And Bob's got the bruises and mental scars to prove it. Bob manages to keep Wade focused on the likes of Hammerhead, Baron Zemo and the Taskmaster - and although he gets a glimpse of the assassin's tragic upbringing, it becomes clear Deadpool isn't the only damaged goods in this duo (collecting Deadpool Max nos. 01-06: 151 pages).
It's not truly sodomy when only one party is humanoid

>It's not truly sodomy when only one party is humanoid That is *literally* the definition of sodomy:
"Sodomy (/ˈsɒdəmi/) is generally anal or oral sex between people or sexual activity between a person and a non-human animal (bestiality), but it may also mean any non-procreative sexual activity." Source: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodomy

Hey, is there a good place to get a list of all the comics being released in a week, in an rss format?

Comic List is what most everyone uses. Depending on your OS, you can manage to set preferences to get RSS type delivery of information as an alert/email client in box notification, etc., even if the site doesn't have it. CMX might but it would only include items being distributed digitally, and there are plenty of comics that are not, or their dates aren't concurrent.

Samuel Parker, ageing sheriff of Hadley City, is about to get married, and he's promised his bride to retire after the ceremony. But Parker once sent the Daltons to jail, and when the horrible brothers hear the happy news, they escape with the intent of killing Samuel right in the middle of his wedding. Fortunately, Lucky Luke is an old friend of the sheriff's, and he has been invited to the celebrations.
Yeah, well, poop. I was hoping there was something better than Comic List. If I want to get the minor publishers I have to get the "Shipping This Week" feed which basically includes everything in one giant blob of an entry once a week, so the best my preferred feed reader can do automatically is mark it read if there's nothing on my filter list, and if anything at all shows up, I have to read the whole damn thing to figure out which comics I need to get, in which case why did I bother with a feed reader anyway? I guess it works okay if you're only getting the DC feed or the Image feed, but the major publishers are all included in the feed that has the minor publishers. Seems like a poor way to design your rss feed IMO - it should be broken down better into individual items.
I guess I'll have to assemble a list of feeds from each of the various publishers instead.

Can't you design a filter?

Welcome to the offices of Spirou Magazine. Everyone here is hard at work to keep the magazine ticking, from reporters to secretaries, including editor Fantasio and even, occasionally, Spirou himself. Everyone? Well, not quite... There’s that office boy, Gomer. No one’s entirely sure what his job description is, or how he got hired. One thing is certain, though: he’s a walking disaster zone. From work-shirking scheme to disastrous invention, enter the hilarious world of the most famous layabout of all (Cinebook: 48 pages).
It's the Merc with a Mouth vs. the One-Man Army! When a man known simply as the Bank hires Deadpool to kill Frank Castle, it should be a simple task for Wade Wilson to execute, right? Except taking out the Punisher is a lot harder than Deadpool could have anticipated--especially since he likes the Punisher. A straightforward job becomes a knock-down-drag-out fight as they trade shot for shot. But things get complicated when the mercenary and the merciless Castle wind up embroiled in a bigger, messier conflict with the Bank front and center. The bloody and brutal fight never ceases regardless of what side Wade and Frank are on, even when it's seemingly the same side--just because they have a common enemy doesn't make them partners in crime. To the victor belong the spoils, but is there a clear winner here? Collecting Deadpool vs. The Punisher nos. 1-5:122 pages.
Yeah, but it filters on the level of the news item, since that's how RSS feeds are supposed to be used, and the news item is "every comic released this week in one big blob." I can mark it read/unread, delete it, star it, flag it important/todo/otherstuff, but only the whole thing, not a part of it. Filters aren't sufficient, so I'd have to write a program to do it, or maybe find a news reader that was built with Comic List's particular sort of rss abuse in mind, but I really like the one I'm using now. But it sounds like I have a different solution after all.

Enough with the fucking Deadpool links already! Jesus Christ!

But if Snowflake doesn't repost the same books over and over how is he meant to reach his post quota?
Jace Kelly
It's really making me hate Deadpool.
Owen Cook
Just filter deadpool.
Owen Cooper
No! I'm actually starting to ENJOY my anger!
But seriously, then I'd have to filter Punisher next, and then I wouldn't see any new comics posts if they contained either of those titles, so that would kinda suck.
Ryder Fisher
Why Deadpool though? Snowflake's to blame. Wait until he starts shilling his links in your storytime
Jayden Howard
Well, sure, he's primarily to blame for this, but Deadpool's recent popularity surge among annoying people isn't solely confined to the repost spammer here.

how good is the scans/ripper scene in other languages?
Jack Brooks
Hey phil, I am kinda/sorta back, but I'm stuck on ameripoor tier internet the next ~6 weeks, so I may not be lurking the win-o 24/7 like I normally do. If shit goes down the way it's supposed to, I'll be properly back sometime in the middle of November.
On a completely unrelated note, does anyone recognize the last artstyle? I see Simpsons, Shin-chan and South Park. I'm not even sure the last one is someone else in particular or just the artists own doodles.
Gahan Wilson is among the most popular, widely-read, and beloved cartoonists in the history of the medium, whose career spans the second half of the 20th century, and all of the 21st. His work has been seen by millions—no, hundreds of millions—in the pages of Playboy, The New Yorker, Punch, The National Lampoon, and many other magazines; there is no telling, really, how many readers he has corrupted or comforted. He is revered for his playfully sinister take on childhood, adulthood, men, women, and monsters. His brand of humor makes you laugh until you cry. And it’s about time that a collection of his cartoons was published that did justice to his vast body of work.
user seems to have figured out ripping HD but still isn't putting years on floppies or really properly naming his rips (either '01,' 'vol.' or 'book').

As the Nazis unleash their latest deadly soldiers, an old ally lends a hand — but an even older enemy will threaten America's greatest hero like never before. Will the Sentinel of Liberty gain his freedom in time to rescue Paris from the clutches of a monster?
