Fantastic Beasts 2

The Man Who Killed Don Quixote.

I want to see Isle of Dogs literally because I know it will be panned for being Wes Anderson and I want the critics to continue losing credibility so they all go out of business

I kind of am interested in the Mortal Engines because I want to see if Jackson can redeem himself after the shitty Hobbit films and I also want to see Venom because Tom Hardy is my boy.

There's a probably a lot of less publicized films that I will want to see as the year goes by (I didn't see Raw in theaters and I liked it a lot) and of course, Mission Impossible, because Cruise Kino cannot be topped.

just this right now youtube.com/watch?v=p9wE8dyzEJE

Same. I looked at a list of 2018 movies and MI 6 is the only one I plan on seeing all year. I used to go see capeshit with friends but Logan, Spider-Man: Homecoming, GotG 2, and Wonder Woman were so shit I swore off capeshit forever.

this, cruise kino is all that matters

>refn TV show
>true detective season 3 with milch involved
>mel and vaughn doing r rated kino together
>tarantula Manson flick
>malick doing a ww2 drama
>korine kino with McConaughey
>Kim jee woon doing a live action Jin roh adaptation in Korea
>soldado
>mi6 mustache edition
>gray doing sci-fi with Brad Pitt
>Irishman, completed last orson welles film and mute on soyflix
>chazelle oscar bait with goose
>probably some Fincher project either tv or the zombie sequel
>new cuaron
>Brad bird and Spielberg for non cancerous pop corn pleb shit
>curious about jurassic world 2 because of bayona and predator because of Shane black
>new McQueen with the writer from gone girl
>the Cheney satire with fat bale
>new Eastwood before he dies
>Gilliam finally finished don Quixote
>catching up on all the late 2017 releases like hostiles, the new sorkin, the Joaquin revenge kino, del Toro fish fucking, the post, phantom thread, etc
>audiard doing a western with Annapurna
>coens also directing a western TV show for meme flix
>whatever will be at Cannes, at least one or two films will be worth seeing
>all the potential indie surprises and new filmmakers
>new Linklater and soderbergh projects
>animated Wes Anderson and new zemeckis and Peter Jackson for not completely tasteless manchildren fantasy
It'll be fine, looks like a decent year desu

This is the only film I've actually been looking forward to in I don't know how many years. That helicopter scene looks set to be one of the best movie stunts ever. Can't bruise the cruise my nigga.

Sorry to Bother you

KINO

saw shape of water a couple of times and i love it. i still need to see wrinkle in time, those books were important to me as a kid. other than that, really just pacific rim uprising and isle of dogs. i see there's a new predator movie coming up and that might be cool but it might also be fucking terrible.

> I know it will be panned for being Wes Anderson
Wait, this usually happens? I don't pay attention to reviews on his movies.
