The three kids mentioned in the email are Tamera Luzzato's (the woman who sent the original email)'s kids. That (in my opinion) definitely changes the meaning of what was being said. I think it's more likely than not that she was indeed being cutesy when referring to her own kids as "entertainment". And the mentioning of the ages doesn't seem as out of place knowing that she's their mom.
