I'd probably say the Gunslingers are the first tem to be wiped out.
Their reliance upon a single attacking style and form of weaponry aren't really going to cut it against the competition.
Sam might survive a while using toon logic.

I don't know, between the sand magic of erron black, Mccree's high noon, and Roland's sheer badassery, they'll probably survive for awhile.

Actually, according to the post that killed him, Hellboy doesn't die till Tomorrow. And according to Hedonismbot's buffs, he's allowed to survive one blow. Meaning that if nothing happens to Hellboy in that time, he not only survives his fight with Dante, he most likely kills him too.
