I watched an H. A. Goodman video he did the other day. I generally respect his perspective on things, but he repeatedly said that Assange was fine because if something had happened to him, WL would have said something.

To then go right back and say that they cannot do so is a bit dubious.
I'm entirely uncertain he's alive, but I do know this: This will only further divide up any governmental agency. There's guaranteed to be more leaks given just the amount of dung that's going on in the upper echelons of both governments and society.
We're not going to see many of these divisions happen publicly, but it's certain that lines are being drawn not on nation vs nation, rather those with a moral compass and those without.
I guarantee you that those with moral compass aren't usually promoted to top ranks, yet as is normal power structures for those without moral compass, the people not at the top do the most work.
