The difference between "Debt per Citizen" and "Debt per Taxpayer" blows me away, how does the USA allow so few of it's citizens to carry the weight of the majority? How do so many "citizens" get away with paying no taxes?
I don't believe anyone who doesn't pay taxes (unless retired) should be considered a citizen.

If you're going to celebrate the death of Fidel Castro AT LEAST know the history of imperialism and capitalism that created him. Half of the people saying "good" don't know or sadly care that after decades of fighting against Spain for independence, the US swooped in only to make Cuba a neocolony to serve its imperialistic and capitalistic interests. Was he perfect? No, but the vision he had for his country inspired many throughout the Caribbean and in Africa to fight for more equitable societies. Castro stood up against the US empire in a way no one else has been able to. In fact the US was so terrified of what Michael Manley was trying to do in Jamaica in the 1970s with his democratic socialism, that it did what it could to get his opposition elected who was more "US friendly." If you don't have anything to say about the US overthrowing democratically elected presidents, the injustices facing black and Hispanic communities, the treatment of Muslims, or the fact that indigenous communities were decimated and are still fighting to keep their water clean please evaluate your moral high ground because it's probably built on a pile of shit .

It's everyone who doesn't work. If you don't work or otherwise take in income, you don't need to file taxes at the end of the year since you aren't technically a taxpayer.
