They are hosted by a company called Mark Monitor (under their owned domain of 1e100.net), who claim to be a PR firm for corporate brand management. However, the other domains on the server are all phishing and scam domains...which are often associated with NSA operations or fraud. None of this makes sense. A legitimate group would not be hosting under something like this, unless they had business dealings with them already and piggybacked...or it is all a sham. Too early to tell. Something isn't right from the get-go. Not to mention the antagonist tweets from @propornot to media outlets.
