Thing is that body packs a shitload of muscle in the first year. There is a steep fall in gains as years go by. For instance, I lift for 5 years and have gained by 15 kg by the end of 3rd year. Lifts continued to go up but the bodyweight stayed the same. I eat normally, don't bother with counting calories and will never go on the juice
