Fucking hell lads, my hairline has started receding so I thought fuck it I'd just shave my head. Yesterday in work I got called into HR and questioned about my 'new look' I said I just started shaving because I thought it looked good and the HR woman said I was intimidating people of colour in the office and that I should get a normal haircut or get a warning for anti social behaviour.

1. Wear a wig with a dress & heals and tell them you're getting in touch with your feminine side.
2. Shame them to purgatory by telling them you're going through chemo & radiation treatments, causing your hair to fall out in chunks thus requiring a shave.

Not that you want to piss off HR because they can just find a different reason to fire you, but I'd love to see them actually dismiss you for this, and deal with the unfair dismissal lawsuit.
You literally could show up in court bald and they would have to stand there arguing in court that you could still grow a full head of hair and you just refuse to and thus you were dismissed. Not because it's against dress code, you can't make baldness against the dress code, but because the employer considers bald white men to be scary.
