Marx's theory was that organs of repression like the police, military, prisons etc. etc. would gradually fall out of use over decades after communism became globally dominant and the need to repress exploiters was gone. Bureaucracy will exist but the government of persons would be (mostly) replaced by the administration of things.
This is not because, as you naively try to imply, that communist ideology simply makes men more co-operative. But because the distinction between economic classes has been done away with, in turn doing away with the primary cause of historical conflict.

I said that Communists believe that there is only one good, rationally derived, and that therefore there can be no conflict if we all do what is right, and because we are all rational, we simply need to be taught to use our reason to derive the right. Ergo, there will be no conflict when we are all communists because good cannot conflict with itself, and we will all be educated in the good.
This is in contrast to liberalism, which holds that there are multiple conflicting goods - as many as there are people who have their own unique desires - and that conflict is inevitable and must be managed - whether it be the harm principle, a system of rights, repuiblicanism, etc. etc.
It's a question of unitarism and pluralism.

I still believe in the revolution, just not a violent one. I believe the revolution can come in the form of a "waking up" of the workers, and of them seizing power through democratic means, not through violence. Maybe I'm wrong though, maybe violence is the only way.
