If Europoors get free university why don't they use it?

If Europoors get free university why don't they use it?

Because it's shit.

I thought Brazil was bad but didn't know it was that bad.

More people are going to college in Turkey, Mexico and Saudi Arabia than Brazil.

They don't need it for customer service jobs.

Only the top 10% qualifies for university here.

Also it's not free.

but bernie said it was

Did he also say we have public healthcare?

yes

came here to post this

> tfw moving to Vienna in a few months
> My dreams of a free master's degree have been crushed.

Is there LITERALLY ANYTHING that we don't dominate in? Is this why Sup Forums hates Canada, because we are the master race and keks chosen people?

Who needs college when you've got this?

lol, funny guy.

Because trades in high demand and pay better than some libcuck degree

in portugal students pay around 1000 euros a year, and theres also taxes, the haverage wage is around 500 euros a month.

Because almost no one makes it through. What the retarded Sandernistas don't understand is that if you make college free, the professors suddenly stop having any need of you and will try to mercilessly get rid of you, since you are no longer customer.

Bernie lies a lot, my man.

>Australia is doing better than Finland in studying

Obviously fake.

We have a good amount of students from Europe at my uni and they always brag about the superior European colleges but never have an answer for why they came here to pay insane amounts of tuition.

Stupid cunts.

>went to a university out of high school
>dropped out after a year, horrible grades as well
>now NEET and living with parents but they still think I go there
>no idea what to do right now or in life in general

How fucked am I? And yes I know I'm not the only one

/thread

Start your own frat and get an old guy you nickname Blue, obviously.

and enrollment is not even the worst of it

I can count on my fingers the reputable higher education institutions in this country (the decent ones compared to the rest of the world)

everything else is absolute garbage, and that represents 99% of enrollment

an army of business and law undergrads that can barely read or write, doctors who murder poor people in public hospitals and engineers who can't figure out how to build a stable bridge

it still costs to study. you have to cover the rest of the expenses for several years.

Let my ask a more interesting question: if Americans have to pay a fuckton of money for higher education, why most of them enroll in useless non-STEM fields and end up without a job and $100k in debt by their mid-twenties, potentially risking to fuck up the whole economy when the student loan bubble will burst?

This

>now NEET and living with parents but they still think I go there
>no idea what to do right now or in life in general

So you dropped out and never told them? How long ago did you drop out?

A year ago. They think I'm going to class, but I really just drive to a grocery store parking lot and sleep or shitpost for 4 hours.

I'll probably kill myself soon.

haha my friend did the same thing for 3 years

his parents freaked the fuck out when they found out

at least get a part time job to ease off the blow

Canada smartest in the world

I don't want to be a wageslave, fuck that

I'd honestly rather be a homeless traveler

>why most of them enroll in useless non-STEM fields and end up without a job

Because society (parents, teachers, any other adult mentors) pound it into our heads from a fairly young age that we MUST go to college right after high school. Going into the military is a somewhat acceptable alternative but still somewhat frowned upon. Going to a community college straight out of high school to get "the basics" knocked out instead of a 4 year University is highly discouraged if you're able to get into a 4 year university even though community college is like 1/5 the price for the same credits that you can then transfer to a "real" university for your final 2 years of courses. Entering the workforce so you can "take a year or two off of school and figure out what you want to do" is very much discouraged and frowned upon. Pursuing a trade (electrician, welder, machinist, plumber, HVAC, etc) is also discouraged and stigmatized as something that only people who are not smart enough for college go into.

Our final year of high school, the only thing any adult ever tells us is to "go to college, get a degree, it doesn't even matter what you get a degree in just get a degree, it'll be the best thing you could ever do for your future". Our free time is spent taking practice SAT's and ACT's (standardized college "entrance exams") and going to classes teaching us how to do better on those tests. In a high school kid's mind, they MUST go to college or they're a failure. Degree choice doesn't even matter much according to our teachers, guidance counselors, principals, etc....

>$100k in debt by their mid-twenties

Most kids who complete a 4 year degree end up with $40k-$60k worth of student loan debt if they didn't do anything too stupid. I have no sympathy for people who go to extremely high priced private schools, rack up over $100k worth of debt in 4-5 years, and end up with a "worthless" degree in a dead field...

Because it's hard, you fucking moron, and only the best can enroll and actually finish it. At least the degrees that are actually useful. And those that aren't will never help you pay the bills.

Because everyone and their dog going to university is a meme that needs to die.

There's only so many actually intelligent people that actually achieve something by going to university.

>Germany
>free college
>40% don't finish their major
>they become stupid wagecucks and work at mcdonald's, because "too intelligent" for labor jobs
>nobody left for labor jobs
>stupid migrants bring your mails, build buildings ...

What??
Really??

College dropouts see them selves as "too intelligent" to work at McDonald's here in the US so they all work at Starbucks instead.

We give it away to invaders from other countries

Age 25 - 64?

Most students have their bachelor's, some even their master's degree by that age.

>Danish state is paying my STEM degree
>Moving to US to work at previous internship and avoid 52% income tax, 280% car tax, 25% sales tax, mandatory leftwing State tv license and increasing property taxes

>tfw socialists REEEE when they find out

Why do socialists expect me to pay for all their migrants, NEETs and single moms?

In Germany you need to finish Gymnasium to be eligible to study in university.

>Germany
>rank 28
and dropping. That's what you get for letting in all the sandnigs

those are future doctors and engineers

And master clockmakers

No shit Hans

There's such a late age bracket to account for almost everyone that could possibly have an inclination to ever get a degree

Then why exclude age 18 - 24?

Because the number of people who haven't completed their degree yet would skew every country down and every 25 year old with a degree is an 18-24 year old that completed a degree already

Too many people go to university here.

A lot of people would be better off learning a trade. Hence a lot of plumbers and electricians in Ireland are Eastern European immigrants.

I think it's ageist and biased against young people for them to be excluded like that.

You boomers really need to leave us alone.

Tfw to intelligent to walk
