well, in that respect, Trump was a natural reaction to media. The media was following this "hands up dont shoot" narrative and created consensus among liberals to hate all law enforcement. Any liberal would tell you that the cops in Dallas got what they deserved and would go so far as to tell you that there should be an all out war against police.
