Its clearly Anarcho Capitalist
i'd say conservative since all of it adheres to the same style (big eyes, tiny nose and mouth)
western animation is more of a free for all, very liberal
Jewish
fpbp
> loves faggots, trannies, grrrlpower
Liberal
>Not realizing that Felix and other trap characters were created as a plot to encourage sissifcation of the population in order to make them easier to subdue when the New World Order begins its takeover
SJW-tier
Anime chicks hit guys all the time
NazBol
Wrong
Japanimation is clearly Communist
Western Animation is Capitalist
Better than tv.
The cartoon aspect provides a degree of separation that live action does not.
>t. weeb
A surprising amount of weebs are conservatives
For whatever reason
Sup Forums's on evangelion so I don't know how it doesn't accommodate to everyone
wrong, western animation is SJW shit
only support anime that illustrates me, your great leader, as the uberman, who is also symbolically you, and has a legion of anime girls that bow down before me
>communist
>capitalist
those weren't the options, nigger
Depends on the anime
t. Albanian
like Utena
Definitely on the right side of the spectrum. Often very Darwinian thematics
>Fear is freedom! Subjugation is liberation! Contradiction is truth! Those are the facts of this world! And you will all surrender to them, you pigs in human clothing!
Conservative considering that females are portrayed as emotional/useless and non-white/asian ethnicities are portrayed as criminal or non-existent.
I want to marry Asuka.
They tend to be more redpilled than western animation, but I wouldn't exactly call them conservative.
Its pretty conservative, non-virgins are rare and low value in anime
shinji was such a faggot
we all do, bro
Patrician taste
Happy Birthday, Asuka!
>having a mentally deteriorated character act realistically to their high-pressure situation means they're a faggot
unless you mean literally, then...
Anime is a tool to make susceptible youth homosexual, that's all.
that pic actually makes albanians look pretty based
TRS just did a story on this
>a 14 year old boy NOT wanting to pilot a giant robot is realistic
Watching Anime turns you gay or worse
Definitely liberal.
>a 14 year old boy who saw his mom get sucked into a robot and was disowned by his father doesn't want to pilot a robot that is literally his mom and have to fight gigantic aliens in battles that can kill his friends, destroy the city, and carry the fate of the world in the balance
>unrealistic
Usually neither
I can't think of any anime that has a clear liberal or conservative agenda/bias
>he doesn't know SJW shit is supported by capitalism/corporatism
>implying Cowboy Bebop isn't redpilled as shit on mass media controlling the population, Netzschean ethics, and (((World Government)))
Conservative at its best, but at its worst a psy-op to pussify the modern male.
>saw his mom get sucked into a robot
didn't remember it
>robot that is literally his mom
he didn't know
>fight gigantic aliens
with a giant robot
LoGH is kinda conservative. So does the Twelve Kingdoms
Anime is all about pubescent feels and JUSTICE. Take a guess
It's made by nips so it tends to be lowkey conservative while at the same time blatantly degenerate.
>he doesn't know that SJW shit is supported by Marxism, and is in fact just bastardized Marxism
>When your entire idealogy hangs on a moral argument of straw mans
>with a giant robot
while submerged in a solution later revealed to be alien blood that transfers all the pain the robot experiences into his human body
with no reward, no end in sight, nobody to fight for
and he still does it gladly right up until the Kaworu killing episode
Shinji has more balls than anyone gives him credit for, but everyone forgets the majority of the series and focuses on End of Eva characterization
That's what's great. There's no agenda whatsoever besides trying to make the girls cute or whatever. There's none of the snarky socially-aware humor.
...How?
Ah, so it's fascist. Sounds good.
>reminder that anime is literally turning young white males into this
>watch anime
>feel happy
>face reality
>feel unhappy
anime wins
It's degenerate cancer.
There's a reason most people who like it are autist virgins.
Eva made me really into red heads.
>There's a reason most people who like it are autist
it's the big expressive eyes.
same with the horse cartoons
It's spastic
ladyboys
you might be rightt
and that is precisely why anime is bad and is responsible for destroying so many lives
...
It might not be snarky western-styled propaganda, but anime as a whole has some really common political slants (heh).
For the most part, everything that mankind ever has done and will do that is important was at least partially the work of the Japanese, nuclear weapons are the absolute worst thing to ever exist, and adults who are set in their ways are a blight upon society and need to pass the torch onto the next generation.
Liberal.
>strong independent womyn
>that token faggot
>oppressed by white people
youre an Sup Forumsutist, right?
...
broad as fuck question
Are we talking about the themes presented in anime or just anime in general? Because much of Sup Forums considers anime degenerate as a whole
I tried for a couple months but couldn't keep up with the sheer volume of garbage you have to watch to be part of the community
/m/ is way more my speed and has all the best hidden gems
The japs are socially conformist
Is being ostracized for having a non-conforming opinion liberal or conservative
I rest my case
What would Sup Forums have done?
More racially homogeneous because Japanese, so I guess you could put that in the right-wing tally.
When it comes to women anime's kinda bipolar; it has plenty of kawaii uguu idiot womenchildren but also a lot of genuinely strong female characters. Women in western drama's seem to all be the same dour housewife or office woman.
its Autismo Ponytarian
Mostly conservative since a lot of it operates under good fences make good neighbors mentality (i.e. Bad guys usually want to transgress some kind of barrier)
The real question is, is it ok to use time travel to change somebodies gender entirely, so they were always the opposite gender biologically?
liberal in the tradition of the founding fathers
Simple I would have given up my dream if it meant sacrificing everything and everyone else; things I couldn't possibly replace are the things that aren't worth giving up.
yea you were correct
Depends on anime plot?
Good essay. Really made me think.
>mfw that guy analyzing Keijo in the comments at TRS
Anime is fine, just as long as you don't get too cancerous about it.
Like anime? Fine.
Go to cons? Fine.
Incorporating to your daily life?
Not fine.
One piece is anarcho-capitalist progranda
>Government is retarded and can't do anything right
>tries to control everyone
>luffy doesnt give a shit, just wants to be free
>the people who do the most good are non-government individuals, or "pirates"
>entire industries thrive despite the world government
Its a third position
It's pro-porn and favors people acting like perverts, which pisses off authoritarians of both wings
It tends to favor a message that a girl should only have sex with one man over the course of her lifetime; I suppose that this makes it pro-marriage and pro-family
It's pro-women in the workforce, but otherwise favors the idea that women should neither be treated like men nor act like men
Some works fall for the racism meme, but not enough that it's really a staple
Considering that protagonists are generally armed and self-reliant against threats, you might say that it's pro-self defense and pro-gun rights
It's generally anti-war (considering Japan's first hand history with war, this is to be expected)
Some big red button issues like big government vs. small government, abortion, and free speech aren't really issues covered by anime.
I'd put it slightly to the libertarian right, but not entirely.
Don't forget general themes of heroism, self-improvement, and friendship. Themes generally lacking in Jewish produced media.
Another more libertarian quality: Gay people are all over the place, without the special snowflake victim Marxist shit. And it's mostly being done so that people can masturbate to it.
Name three current cartoons that are SJW
Conservative to an extent. It suffers from degeneracy though because of its current market (degenerate Sup Forums faggots and pedophiles). Some dramanimations are fucking redpilled
dora the explorer
dinosaur train
sesame street (not a cartoon but they're fucking puppets)
>Some big red button issues like big government vs. small government, abortion, and free speech aren't really issues covered by anime.
There's actually mangos which covers those issues and really needs a japanese cartoon adaptation. Iirc, 20th century boys deals with Big govt. and Kou no Dori for abortion issues. There's a short in Japan Animators Expo which deals with Nationalist militants to end big government sponsored by China. It was redpilled af
Gundam is conservative. Left thinking people will assume that just because so much of Gundam is about "The horrors of war" that it is some hippy anti war at all costs story but it's not.
Gundam from 0078 to G Gundam to 00 (Haven't seen the more recent stuff so can't speak for IBO or Recongusta) is about how necessary it is to fight the fight no matter how horrible war is because the alternative is worse. Individuals on the bad guy side tend to be humanized but the leadership is someone you can't really sit down and negotiate with which is why you're at war to begin with.
Another running subplot in Gundam centralized governments are ultimately weak and/or ineffectual and/or corrupt. Look at most Gundam and the large ruling body of the world is pretty bad at governing because it cant respond to local issues or outright sell out entire cities or colonies to save themselves.
Also, Gundam good guys tend to be right of center in thinking. If they aren't already at first, they tend to change into more Right thinking. They are presented as weak when they cant get over their shit and go out there because people's lives are at stake. I doubt Setsuna cares much about issues like abortion or pronouns but ask him about his stance on self defense and individual weapon ownership?
Gundam heavily leans conservative. Maybe Tomino is/was secretly some king political subversive for Japan. Or maybe if you want to tell a story about war and heroes, Left thinking doesn't lend itself to that.
>">having a mentally deteriorated character act realistically to their high-pressure situation means they're a faggot"
People who have only seen Eva think this and insinuate that Eva is the first and only anime to ask questions like "what sort of deranged, abusive father puts their son through brutal combat?" or "how would an actual human being instead of an anime character behave if he were forced to pilot a mecha?".
Honestly Eva is not that believable or "realistic" compared to many other mecha animes. First of all, Shinji is facing an enemy which, until the last episode when Kaoru appears, is a total mary sue villain. The angels are a malicious non-human force who present an absolute existential threat to Earth. By principle of basic survival instinct, any logical agent would completely obliterate the enemy without hesitation.
The Gundam TV series within the Universal Century timeline ask much more interesting questions about politics, human psychology, and war. If you take Zeta Gundam, for instance, the protagonist becomes more and more on edge as the series progresses and he does impulsive illogical things that are just in the storyboards but hardly emphasized but towards the end you see what his mental state has culminated into.
Eva is more a character drama/audio-visual tour de force/torture porn than it is a mecha show or a war show. It laser focuses on Shinji's mental state and the plot, instead of unfolding naturally, just creates situations where Shinji and the other cast members can wrack their brains with misery.
The reality is that an imminent existential threat like aliens attacking would probably accelerate the growth of relationships instead of drive people apart. Hence why birth and marriage rates during and after World War 2 were the highest they'd ever been even to this day.
leftypol pls go
I didn't properly quote the post..
The rivalry between the main character and the masked villain in G-Reco is due to the latter's jealousy of MC's supposed "privilege".
It's also one of the few anime to present organized religion as a basically benign force.
I would say on the whole what makes the mainline Tomino Gundam series so good is its high-angle view of things and G-Reco definitely does that. There's a ton of different ideologies and factions and motivations for going to war amongst the different characters. In the end it's a total clusterfuck free for all with everyone trying to just grab whatever they can and the main character trying to preserve some semblance of stability or status quo.
You can have her mate, she's clearly worst girl
reifags are this deluded
kys
He was created because nip males are not cucked by Christianity so they realize that wanting to have sex with that cute thing is only natural.
This was meant for
Reifags all have Oedipus Complex, since you know... Rei is Shinji's mother in a way. She's also a doll.
Too bad! She's already my wife!
How the fuck can you watch dubbed anime?
i was thinking about this the other day. i think asuka is best girl, but i wouldn't wanna marry her. i know myself and i know i wouldn't be able to handle her because she's crazy. let shinji deal with that mommy-issues havin' ass, hook me up with a rei any day, i know they make them in bulk. she's not best girl but she is also really good.
It's faggotry and weebs in Japan are being held at a higher standart.
