They have only 2 members (out of hundreds) in the french parliament despite polling at ~30%. And Le Pen would need 38% MINIMUM to have a shot at the presidency. This will never happen with Fillon running.

Only half the people voted in the US election and half of those voted for Trump, 30% is plenty.
The FN will almost certainly make it to the second turn, whether she wins or not depends on who is her opponent. If it is a centrist cuck, she loses, if it is someone far left, she wins because normies will stay home and let her win rather than vote for someone they can't stand. She still has a chance but a small one.
