CNN is openly socialist now?

Facts equals socialism now I guess.

>implying wealth is finite.
>implying more can't be created,
>implying a system that has created more wealth than has ever existed in history is bad.

No, it has its flaws, but it's the best economic system there is.

reminder that it doesn't matter how much percent of money the top 1% have because money is created and is not a fixed amount. the 99% and the 1% have both grown over time and capitalism is the only system to do this. can't stress that enough, capitalism is the only system to bring the majority of its people out of poverty and it continues to do so.

The only problem is that the middle class isn't getting richer at all. Also millenials and beyond are stuck in eternal contract jobs with no job security.

Government bailouts and allowing corporations to "donate" to political funds is what's a mistake.

No, egalitarianism was. The 1% represents the fittest of society.
>but muh nepotism!
The fact that the wealth disparity continues to grow proves that average bumblefucks aren't being put into power.
If some poor person was put into said positions of power they'd probably spend $7,000,000,000 on gum and selfie sticks.

It wasn't a decision, it's reality. There is also literally nothing wrong with that pic. Share of wealth is a meaningless statistic.

Nice mental gymnastics, wagecuck

Yes

It will be. Collapse is inevitable.

No, but globalism was.

>The 1% represents the fittest of society.
lol no. Most of those people were born into their wealth. They're not necessarily the smartest or most skilled of humanity, but they are the luckiest.

The average American has a smart phone, a car, a house, a computer, a TV, an endless supply of food, a roof over their heads, access to the internet, and you want to tell me capitalism was a mistake?

Yes it allowed the common retard like you to be able to own a PC.

Not a bad thing :)

Pure globalism, pure capitalism, pure socialism, pure isolationism, pure anything is bad.

Why don't Trumpshits understand this?

the average american has less than $1000 in savings. also did you notice how none of those things provide a happy healthy community? do you wonder why the majority of people are considered "mentally ill" aka depressed at some point in their life

Dumb image. That image factors in infant mortality.

We'd be better off if a lot of these week babies died.

>better off

arent republicans pro-life?

The problem with fascism isn't what they promise you at the start, it's what they reveal themselves to be when it's too late.

>all during obamas term

>Current economic system is capitalism and some bad thing happened therefore capitalism is wrong.
Nice fucking logic.

>portraying global wealth as a zero-sum game
>trying to trick people into seeing this gap as absolute instead of relative
Found the problem.

>smart, successful people keep coming up with clever new ways to make more money
>poorer people who have fewer opportunities and/or are simply dumber aren't able to come up with a bunch of new ways to make money
Holy shit, what a surprise.

Capitalism is the consolidation of resources
It's also the most efficient way we know of to distribute those resources
It's about finding a balance and how generous voters are feeling.
Markets tend toward equilibrium, so if people don't like wealth inequality, or if it starts to get too extreme, they vote in a guy like Trump who will stand up for working and middle class people

Yes, the billionaire real-estate mogul that socialized with the upper class of politicians will stand up for working and middle class people.

Yes. National socialism is the answer ! YOUR COUNTRY and your people before yourself .

I didn't realise that we just recently adopted capitalist policies. Was the world socialist prior to 2010, because I missed that.

>Italy
>praising national socialism
You mean corporatism, where the same capitalists run everything and shit on the people? :^)

>Graphic starts at 2010
>Leaves 2008 behind

That actually made me ponder

Pic really made me think so I hunted down the source

most of the time everyone benefits but ever since the crash only the CEOs benefit. it will probably revert back to normal once businesses have a nice safety cushion from future recessions

You mean globalism?

Who here is a Republican? Lmao

90% of the board is libertarian or right-wing populist
