Therefore what the focus needs to be on is something which is valid for the majority of the refugees such as degrees and percentages of integration and assimilation.
Surely there are countries like France who have housed people coming from Syria and Afghanistan for a number of years now.
What if we dig up the statistics of how many of those people have learned French by now or have a job or have ever left their neighbourhood and how long it took them to do so (My guess, it never happened for the majority)?
With that at least we will be able to present the long term picture Germany, Sweden etc are facing and they won't be able to say it is just an isolated case.
