I've read Das Kapital and tried some of Engles' books, but i can't understand one thing. How are you supposed to maintain that level of inner colonization in the long run? What will we do once all resources have been shared evenly and there are none left. Wouldn't the whole system collapse into Anarchy or Tribalism to take someone else's resources?

Well if we literally run out of raw materials, we're as fucked in Capitalism as we are in Communism, regardless.
Communism makes it less likely to get to that point, though, as Capitalism is an almost anarchic system of investors buying up shit because it turns a quick profit, while Communism can plan for the future without having short term profit as its constant priority.
Look at the way we manage fuel consumption today: Capitalist interests of short term profit mean that moving away from oil and into greener, more sustainable fuel sources, is slow and constantly stopped by business interests in the oil markets.

You can't have communism without it being world wide, now socialism at least early on could exist in a single country and as far as population stabilizing, the most educated countries on earth have seen a reduction in population as people start having only 1 or 2 kids as opposed to 4 to 5 like years ago.
