For example, Argentina where importation is heavily taxed, a ps4 costs close to 1,200$ USD. yes I know it unbelievable but it is like this in many south american countries including Brazil. While Chile has no import restrictions or taxes so they can buy a ps4 from the us at normal price, or stores can order a bulk shipment of ps4s for less than consumer Price and sell them for the normal consumer Price.
