They are passing some kind of account name/contact info over the comments section - chances are for a different website.
Someone whos running X has all these people making accounts and then sending the info over that section, and then that person whos running X will contact them on Y designated program or website or w.e... or possibly hes logging into their accounts, who knows, all very ambiguous.
