I've done it for a while after lifting because what it does is it slows bloodflow. Then when you get out of the shower new blood rushes in to counteract the cold and its really good for your muscles.

No more than 9 teaspoons a day really. That ONLY includes natural sugars. Read the ingredients. If corn syrup sugar gructosr glycosr any of that is in the ingredients do not consume. Fyi a steaspoon is about 4 grams of sugar. If you are female. No more than 6 teaspoons of sugar.

Sugar in moderation is okay too, but its likely best to abstain from it entirely. If you want to eat an apple or something big whoop but otherwise I would avoid it even though its okay in small amounts.

Read ingredients. If it says sugar there, or corn syrup. Do not consume. And have no more than 36 grams of sugar a day. Also stop drinking bottled fruit juice. Only concentrate or fresh squeezed. And no "from" concentrate does not count.
