I don't know why the rate is high in virginia, but there's a lot of things to consider before "podesta abducts such a prodigious amount of children that there's a statistically significant bump in virginia(and not baltimore/towson/maryland)"

And on the topic of this pic, it would be SO easy to debunk. Simply show us a photo, video, or receipt proving that he was nowhere near the place McCann was kidnapped on May 3rd & 4th, 2007. An actual investigation could EASILY "debunk" this, but NO ONE has yet.
