But literally ALL of the advancement came in Japan after the Meiji Restoration, which was in direct result of exposure to Western Democracy and of course, after we nuked them in '45. We built the foundation and guided their growth. Only their naturally good work ethic is their contribution.

Their powerful military tradition and adherence to a code of honor helped make them into the people they are today. Their scientists at the time weren't morons either.

It really seems that Africans are simply incapable of creating civilization. Pre inbreeding Arabs weren't doing so poorly, relatively speaking. But now they're mostly genetically broken.
