I tend to avoid processed foods, sugar, soda, alcohol. Beer is especially bad, it's packed with calories, so if you wan't to have a drink or two going to the club, stick to the hard stuff - vodka maybe.

Exercise - 3 to 4 times a week in the gym around an hour, split of different muscle groups finishing off with a 15 to 30 minute cardio.

Being fit is nice, but I don't consider it extremely useful for the upcoming race war. There you would need learning to operate guns and some survival skills. Enlisting in the army maybe would help. Good luck.

Clothing manufacturer here. It depends, black wool pants, buttons ups or plain t shirts are the best. Dress shoes or boots, no square toes and no useless buckles. Most important rule is keep it simple.

I work a manual labor job..8 hours of getting paid to work out every day. I honestly feel sorry for people with desk jobs in air conditioned offices. You cuck yourselves for a paycheck.

Why beware of too much cardio?
I was 230lbs and now I fluctuate between 190-200lbs at some points in the week depending on how lazy I am, diet, etc.
I'd like to ideally get down to 170-180lbs as I think I'd be in a decent BF% range then. However, I am also trying to get all of my lifts up and they stall out if I don't eat enough.

Right. The only time collars/bibs shouldn't be used is if you fail lifting a weight, in an emergency, you have to get it off of you; e.g., benching.

The funny thing is. I always slacking on my DL and squat all the time I was lifting. I was able to hit my 3 pl8 bench before my 4 pl8 DL.

Squating, deadlifting benching and over head press are all essential and they help each other's numbers with great synergy

It helps when you're unemployed. I mean don't get me wrong I still apply for multiple jobs per day, and I hate being unemployed, but I refuse to not take advantage of it. Being in school robbed me of any opportunities to do casual reading so I am taking full advantage now.

It also helps to do it at a set time every day. Usually I read for an hour before bed. Not having screen exposure during that time also contributes to having a quality sleep.

Lifting = more muscle = more calories spent per day just resting.

Biking is godtier cardio and calorie burning.

Swimming is great if you have shit joints, it's hard but just take a class and go slow.

I'm not even sure what I would do with all that money, probably just buy a bunch of food and bring it to a soup kitchen. The real payment isn't the cash I get, which is more than enough for food/rent/entertainment. The real payment is being fit and healthy.

Gained 13 pounds since the end of august.

This isnt 2005 anymore, these brands are classy and simple. Also lrg is my favourite.

Over the last year I've lost 47lbs and have worked so far to start adding weight. Been lifting for ~3 months or so now. Can run a 26min 5k without any training, so come spring I might actually put effort into my running to see what I can do.
