Yes. The vast majority-spoken language of Sup Forums is still English, and so an English translation ought to be provided, if the information in question is in another language. Speaking to your countrymen in your own language is acceptable, but OP's outside of int should always be in English.
No one's condoning cuckoldry or trolling on Sup Forums by acknowledging the English nature of the site.
