>be me >diagnosed with (((depression))) >nothing works except medication >Sup Forums convinces me that the kikes invented SSRIs to turn bad goys into legions of sated goy-cattle >stop taking medication >feel like shit, have withdrawal >withdrawal fades >back to square 1 and still depressed
Welp fuck you guys looks like I'm siding with the kikes on this one
NoFap, localfood, better detox from those pills too

>actually listening to pol You do know this board is satire right?
Eli Campbell
Bupropion is also a thing and lacks typical SSRI side effects (it's more stimulant-y). Though it may or may not work as well for you personally.
Thomas Gonzalez
The kike thing is pretending to know the cause of your problem and making you take medicine according to it even though they know it won't get you out of it
Nathaniel Kelly
Try NSI 189, it's a research chem that helped me out with my depression.
Matthew Bennett
Fuck you, stupid. Why would you believe random people on the internet, over a doctor? > no need to answer, I've already hidden this thread.
Aaron King
Gave me some wicked fucking headaches for the first few months. Thankfully they went away completely after that
Hudson Lopez
Diet and exercise? Guaranteed you haven't tried it for more than a few days.
Leo Rodriguez
Damn, I guess next time you should go with established, peer reviewed medicine and a GP with 6 or more years of university under his belt, instead of the unsubstantiated opinions of a bunch of uninformed pseudo-intellectuals who need to ask if cornflakes are red-pilled.
Dominic Morales
delete facebook, lawyer up, hit the gym
Jayden Mitchell
Working out tends to make people feel good. Push yourself for it.
Justin Myers

Diagnosed with Lack of a job, lack of friends, lack of hobbies such as guitar, lack of adequate nutrition, lack of sleep, lack of getting up off your ass and doing something
Tell me again about (((DEPRESSION))) goy?

Regular exercise, sunlight and intellectually challenging books and if that doesn't completely work go to some support group for the trauma that's fueling your depression.

What did people do before there was (((medication))) to deal with depression? First world problems.
Life is hard. Suck it up and deal with it.

You are probably just low test. Try ashwaghanda, forskolin, boron, phospodatyl serine, creatine, citrulline, mucuna pruriens.. Start taking walks, only fap every 9th day, get plenty of sunlight and start working out. For food you need to make all of your own food. Eat plenty of fruit, vegetables. Fat is good eat steak but polyunsaturated is bad so no nuts except macademia, brazil nuts (cant eat more than 3 brazil nuts a day cos of selenium). In terms of carbs the potato is your friend only other ones are oats and white rice avoid most grains but stuff like bananas and shit is fine.
Bentley Ramirez
Yes, polski, anyone who doesn't play electric contra-bass sitar in exclusively the neo-bangra style with mandarin undertones is a pleb with no musical taste.
Gavin Morales
What are you calling depression Op? How do you know that what you are experiencing isn't just a rational reaction to all the craziness in the world around us? Altering your natural perception isn't going to do anything but lessen your ability to understand yourself and your relationship to the world.
Liam Richardson
ssri's are literally placebos and do more harm than good senpai
Hunter Robinson
SSRIs aren't designed to be permanent. It's a crutch for helping you get just un-depressed enough to fix your shit life.
Brayden Ross
Lift weights fuck drugs you fucking whiny bitch. drugs are bad mkay

-Do workout -Learn to ignore the thinkgs that makes you depressed. -Every action/thing/situation has pros & cons. Search and focus on the pros. Cons can fuck off. I was a sad motherfucker in my 14s-20s, The workout helped me the most even if my appareance didn't improve much. Im 28 now and I haven't been depresed since then.

When I was in high school I had to drive my mom to the psych ward while my dad sat in back to keep her from jumping out. She had hacked her hair off, dyed the remains purple, and kept saying she was "low on oil". On psych meds, she's fine.
What is her underlying problem she should fix to avoid repeat episodes without meds?
Logan Flores
Being alive, probs
Justin Foster
My friend, if you are like me, working out will absolutely cure your depression.
I had all sorts of ((( mental problems )) when in high school : sleeping problems, lethargy, depression, concentration problems, etc. Thank God for my brother. He took me to the gym and helped me work out.
Goodbye sleeping issues, depression, etc. Hello confidence, focus, girls, etc.
Many such cases. Happy!
Cooper Peterson
Medication like Marijuana only masks your depression, depression is telling you something isn't right that you need to fix
Justin Butler

Find friends to work out with.
Even better, make friends around physical activities.
Levi Jackson
This. And when you feeel better and your life has fundamentally changed you wean off the meds and see how you go. If you are still depressed you go back on them. The point is that meds were never the solution. Even your dr would've said get some sunlight and exercise and eat better. People expect the tabs to fix everything but they are actually only supposed to get you off your apathetic arse to institute some effective changes in your life.
Isaac Garcia
Cognitive behavioral therapy. No pills... no jews...
Nathaniel Campbell
Take a bit of ketamine or LSD and you'll notice an improvement. I used to suffer from depression until I started dabbling in psychedelics and it seems to have done the trick for me.
