well in the 1860's and 1960's it was established that states only have rights that the fed allows them to have.

Seems pretty Unconstitutional considering the Tenth Amendment.

>The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The feds should fuck off. I don't even like druggy faggots. It should be left to the states to decide.

...

They like money dumbass, and they ARE going to take their cut; one way or another.

The DEA's hard work stops at the US/Mexico border

DEA and ATF both need to be destroyed

>what happened to states rights?
>we need the president to overturn all of these states gun laws!!
Drumpfkin logic

TFW you realize it took a constitutional amendment to criminalize alcohol.

Commiefornia reporting in

>tfw I want the feds to come bust up this shit show and restore my 2nd amendment rights.

>fuck bullet buttons
>fuck 10 day waiting period
>fuck on/off roster hand guns
>fuck 10 round magazine cap limit
>fuck registering ar15 as a salt weapon
>fuck background checks for ammo purchase
>fuck serializing 80% lowers

Pretty much every giant, overreaching federal agency is an abuse of the Interstate Commerce clause. You can thank activist judges under FDR.

>tfw I want the feds to come
Fuck off, commie.

Acronym Agencies are the old mafias

you are under mob rule, murka

no, not free :^)

>drugs are not guaranteed in the constitution, therefore subject to state and federal law
>guns are guaranteed in the constitution, therefore, ideally, not subject to any restriction further than what is outlined in the constitution

...

Fuck you faggot.

Must be nice to live in a free pro 2a state.

...

Drug users deserve death

Sorry drumpfkin the constitution doesn't say anything about civilians owning fully automatic military rifles that can shoot 30 clips per second

Sure it does.

SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED

but thats a right any man has,its a natural right of self defense , because the world is full of dangerous people who would not think twice about killing you and your entire family for your possessions, be it is written in the constitution or not. Like fore example those who follow the Talmud.

kikeboy

Muskets only
We don't live in ancapistan sorry we have laws here to keep people safe

>muh laws

which become meaningless shit when an organized criminal cartel decides to "liberate" your government" and instal a tyranny.

but youre probably one of them, since only an antigun fag like yourself would be.

kikeboy

>da joos
Oh man you got me there

go away third worlder

your leftist bullshit does not work here

I don't care if it is or isn't constitutional. Its going away.

God wills it.

Commerce clause

>third world
>Poland
HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHA

>What on earth happened to states rights?
Alexander Hamilton happened

Drug prohibition is federal overreach, gun control is state overreach.

Private gun ownership is a right enshrined in the constitution, for every citizen. States who enact laws which infringe the people's 2nd amendment right do so in violation of the constitution. If they made a law violating any other amendment in the bill of rights it would be struck down as unconstitutional.

It is actually the federal government's mandate to intervene in the case of gun control to protect citizens' rights, and to defer to the states' authority on drugs.

better hurry up americans, buy up every rifle you can. And stock up on ammunition

because third world kike bandits like this one are scheming 24/7 to disarm all of us.

>Muskets only
Except it doesn't say that and "arms" applies to all firearms. Can you into dictionary senpai?

This, Hamilton is the father of America's big government problem.

Yep, if we just abided by strict construction of the Constitution instead of going by wildly wrong liberal interpretations America wouldn't have at least half the problems we have today.

Reports of illegal drugs or guns? That sounds like grounds for an investigation! Now if only we already had an existing federal agency, or bureau if you will, that could investigate cases like this.
>the BATFE was originally a division of the IRS

There is nothing in the Constitution about drugs or there being illegal guns and therefore all federal laws regarding drugs and gun control are unconstitutional.

No, it's judicial activism.

The Commerce Clause is the source of federal drug prohibition laws under the Controlled Substances Act. In the recent medical marijuana case, Gonzales v. Raich, the Supreme Court rejected the argument that the ban on growing medical marijuana for personal use exceeded Congress' powers under the Commerce Clause. Even if no goods were sold or transported across state lines, the Court found that there could be an "indirect" effect on interstate commerce. In reaching this conclusion, the Court relied heavily on the New Deal era case, Wickard v. Filburn, which held that the government may regulate personal cultivation and consumption of crops because the aggregate effect of individual consumption could have an "indirect" effect on interstate commerce.
