Developments Dec17 >14 US-LED COALITION MILITARY ADVISERS CAPTURED BY SYRIAN SPECIAL FORCES IN ALEPPO >Tiger Forces leave Aleppo to liberate Palmyra >US-led coalition strikes ISIS in Palmyra countryside for the first time >Syrian Army foils another ISIS attack in eastern Homs countryside >Major General Qassem Suleimani visits eastern Aleppo >Russians call Aleppo massacre allegations as ‘blatant lies’ >4000 ISIS neutralized since start of Mosul liberation operation >Only six districts left in East Mosul to capture from ISIS >US cancels weapons transfer to Saudi Arabia in protest of Yemen campaign >UNICEF: Malnutrition in Yemen at an all time high
It is not completely about the Syrian war but you will find it is very relevant to the nature of the conflict. I think it can be a great way to redpill your normie scum companions. Seriously, opens one's eyes to the situation.

What does /sg/ think of the kurds advancing in the raqqah region?
will it lead to anything major, will they be beaten back? thoughts?
FUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCK FUCKING GAS THESE NIGGERES, SET THEM ON FIRE, SLIT THEIR THROATS AND LET THEM DIE SLOW PAINFUL DEATH
Chase Anderson
It probably was Russia or Assad forces. I've been here since..fuck knows when, when it still looked like we were going to see Asma raped by ISIS with a bayonet on live leak.
If you are a Syrian solider and have been dealing with these animals for 5 years and they've ruined your nation, destroyed your home, probably killed family members, would you not shoot at a fucking bus carrying them away to safety?
Gabriel Morgan
The advances mean nothing except making more people hate kurds, really.
>Take town >Force anyone not kurdish to leave >People leave grab a gun and go murder kurds >Kurds leave
Repeat for eternity.
Camden Reyes
isnt that too much? ohwellsince you are doing cardio too that's pretty nice! I can go for like 3 times a week, weekens are a no no because family time. I might start going from next year 4 times a week. How does your schedule look like?
Since i'm doing 3 times a week I do like this: 1) chest and biceps 2) legs 3) back, shoulders, triceps
Some lad at the gym said I should move shoulders after leg's exercise to balance thins up. As for ab's I do them every 2 days
Zachary Jones
didnt shias in assads aleppo forces did the same as well?
they dont have enough manpower/training to deal with raqqa's isis imho. if they attack they ll end up like iraqi army.
>Other reports suggest the local population burnt the buses (both accusations are unconfirmed) #Syria

>desert >great achievement
seriously, i don't say that taking places in the middle of the desert isn't a great achievement, but as for northern Rakka countryside (great part of it is a desert), there are only (very) small villages that are very difficult to defend against an enemy with air support, also there aren't ressources there.
the YPG offensive won't affect ISIS a lot. ISIS knows that the YPG can't take Rakka and that this offensive was launched only after the coalition saw that the iraqi army was getting destroyed in Mosul, so they wanted ISIS to retreat to defend Rakka.
YPG hasn't enough fighters and equipment to attack a city like Rakka, so all what they do is taking villages in the countryside and make propaganda photos/videos.
When Mosul battle will be over, the YPG knows that it'll be in a great danger
Hudson Ortiz
Think for a second, why would the rebels burn down a bus carrying their own?

traitors... they gave up on the good fight and don't want to join the promised virgins while fighting till death for their cause... other then that I can't think of anything.
We also had reports around idlib about 2weeks ago when a buss carrying "moderates" blew up by a road side bomb planted by Isis(or so they said... if assad did it and blamed isis, good for him)

It's actually working out well for me, I do 45 min full body workouts and they work best for me, it's all the basic stuff like deadlifts/benches/rows/biceps/triceps/a chest exercise/farmers walk
I do that monday-friday and on monday-wedness-saturday I go swim or on the bike too
Worked out decently for me, currently up to 90kg from 68kg in 4 months, although the fat is really starting to show from bulking, that's quite a lot of muscle too but gotta cut much more seriously, that's why I started incorporating the cardio
Gabriel Murphy
you have kurds celebrating and claiming they hit an ISIS truck. Then the camera cuts 15 yards away to US/UK spec ops with a javelin who actually blew it up.
Austin Hall
Nice false narrative.

people in the West think the YPG are "liberators" and "freedom fighters" while they are the biggest bitches and backstabbers of Syria.
can't wait for a turkish army invasion against these rats.
a pkk turd: "i destroyed the car bomb" the truth: a westerner SF destroyed it with a javelin
Oliver Rodriguez
how is it illogical ? Since al-nursa are pretty much extremists they would die for their cause just like isis. You never heard about them killing civilians that wanted to go to gov's areas? or al-nursa jailing moderates that made a cease fire with the gov?

He's probably right ya know. Either that or the rebels did it to blame Assad/Putin the same way they use civilians as human shields so they can make the regime look bad. These are just assumptions though noting has been confirmed yet

>backstabbers of Syria. In fairness, I don't like Kurds but they really aren't fighting for Assad. They're hoping that when Syria falls apart, they can create a reality on the map and get their own land. Turks won't allow it, but can't blame people for looking out for their own asses.

after the FSA helped them in Kobane, they backstabbed them in Aleppo city and northern countryside.
After the SyAF and SAA helped them in Hassaka against ISIS, they backstabbed them and cucked them in the same city

that's all true, but even among them you have divisions. They're the only group US thinks they can trust to arm and for intel. Are they backstabbers? Of course. I hope Trump pulls all funding and arms to them and lets Assad and Russia just deal with them. Shit, the turks would happy to deal with them.
