That's not how communism works, bud. More complex professions earn more, especially hard trained specialists. But fast food worker and dentist BOTH can get food, entertainment, medical attention. Dentist can get more or little better, but burger maker will never sit hungry or die to curable sickness cuz he can't afford it. That is a communism
