Look at the demographics and birthrates. Japan will be just fine, it's europe that is fucked with it's birthrates that are lower than japans (most of eastern europe, most of southern europe, germany). Also japan is a country with a large amount of technology so their need for workers is not as high since they can automate shit. Also when the larger generations die out they will be less crowded.
