Take up an instrument. Been playing guitar for 8 years before I got lessons (self taught).

I don't know what exactly one could suggest aside from the obvious; eat better, exercise regularly or at least take some walks every now and then; give your brain some breaks from the tv/computer screen and actually do things that don't poison your mind on overexposition, find a hobby that exists outside of the digital world (cooking for example, its a useful skill, you can do it privately, its fulfilment is pretty immediate and it helps with socialising) etc.
