Lel, runes were nigger tier "magic alphabet" used for simple inscriptions. Name one book, epic poem or a code of law written in runes I dare you. The only thing they wrote in runes was WE WUZ VIKINGZ one liners on runestones. Everything else was oral. Compare it to the Roman legal system or the great libraries of the ancient Med world.
