It happened sporadically throughout the years without me doing anything special. I only learned about lucid dreaming after having my first sleep paralysis episode (fucking TERRIFYING experience, mate) and then started following some online guides. Keep a dream journal (yes, it's gay, but it helps) and follow what most online instructions say (belly up, deep breathing, "letting go" of your body, setting the alarm clock to 4 hours after you fall asleep so you wake up during REM, eat a snack, stay woke for 30 minutes, go back to bed and then boom, lucid dreaming).
I'm still waiting for pic related desu but I see what you mean and I wish you no harm friend.
